Ordered an item on 17 July 2024 listed as in stock. Then came the mails that it has been delayed until delivery the 12th of August 2024. Sadly it was completely the wrong item. Sent them a return request and 2 days later they state they require pictures. Sent the pictures the same day and 2 days later still no reply. Phone their support team to which they state their supplier is not answering them regarding the return and until they do they can not collect the item. Absolutely dodging the issue and shifting blame they are the sellers not their suppliers. Will never use them again and will never recommend them.
I have been with HD Telecoms since 2017 and their support is exceptional.
Requested an add on to my current Business Fibre line on the 7th of February 2023. I wanted a VIOP account ported from another provider with unlimited calls. As of the 6th of March 2023 basically a month later they have billed me for the SIP account, the porting etc but they provide NO feedback. Specifically their staff, Uthmaan, who simply ignores emails for up to a week at a time, is never available and is incompetent not knowing what needs to be submitted causing numerous delays. Going to convince my entire complex to not use Vox since if your Sales does not give support what would their technical support look like.
Witbank I phoned every single Fibre over Wireless company in witbank asking, I guess in my opinion, the standard questions. Line speed up and-down, fair use policy in place, Shaping, Capping, Average ping, jitter and packet loss. Only Web4us was able to on the spot answer these questions and answer truthfully regarding the usage of VOIP and Gaming on Fibre over Wireless. (Basically interference happens and its not the best Idea). Their staff was extremely helpful and when booking the installation it was surprising how badly they wanted to get me up and running. Thanks Web4us outstanding service
I have been trying to get confirmation that my fibre contract notice for cancellation has been received for 23 days. I got an email from Vodacom from lets say department 1 (Kubheka, Sifiso) on who to send my cancellation to (department 2) at the start of November. I immediately emailed my cancellation through to department 2 (Rathaba, Mahlape Patricia) with them then cc'ing me in an email requesting help from another department (now 3). Department 3 (Tshepo Leshabe) then replied to department 2 stating it should be sent to Department 4 and then just closing the ticket. Department 3 and 4 never replied. I also requested assistance from AES the vodacom dealer who signed me onto the contract (Mosima legodi) with no response. When I tried to re-open the ticket with Department 3, since I as the customer has still not been responded to since department 2, Department 3 only replied stating their department is not the department that should be contacted and now no longer responds at all. I Sent Vodacom Customer care the emails with no response. In terms of my agreement with Vodacom I have proof of me giving my notice to the Department that a Vodacom representative in writing told me to do. There is no excuse for Vodacom not accepting my cancellation or replying and should they bill me for December 2019 I will come and comment hereon. Confirming that Vodacom intentionally makes canceling their contracts as hard as they can make it. They don't have any details in the contract or on their website on the cancellation process or who to contact with staff unwilling to reroute emails to the right department.
From the first phone call through every step of my Repairs CRS Auto was amazing to work with. I had a major service done and had problems with my Coil Pack and Radiator and they did a full assessment and the pricing was very reasonable. Even helped me with an additional problem after the service.
Phoned them regarding a burst geyser at a complex. Was told they will assist I must just send them the details. I sent a Jobcard on Company letterhead A week later I requested feedback whereby the rude lady told me they don't do jobs without payment as we don't have an account. This was never communicated and also ridiculous as its for insurance. I was never contacted regarding this although they claim to have emailed me although nothing was received and they could not forward me the email. Was full of excuses regarding it. Don't use these plumbers they are very unprofessional and ****y.
Private Business Banking is a joke. I have 8 Business with FNB for 11 years now and sadly my Relations Manager retired. The new RM cant respond to emails in a timely matter. My relation Manager has her assistant do all the work and twice now has not responded to mails for 2 weeks at a time within the last 2 months. When complaining I don't even get an apology. I have laid a complaint with FNB Complaints...nothing happened. If I do not get assigned a new relations manager within the next 2 weeks im surely changing banks
Great service and delivery from Topmed over the last 2 years at such a great price. Their app and online information is also very very good.
