Our son went to see Dr Christiaan at Tokai Medicross and I couldn't be with him as I was at work but his older brother was with him. Our son was told by Dr Christiaan that he couldn't help and that was it. Had to pay R380 for nothing. I appreciate he may not have been able to help but he didn't even offer a dental check-up - just 'kicked him out' and sent him to the accounts department to pay for nothing? I would NEVER recommend it. I have asked for feedback and Medicross said they are not responsible for what the doctors do but have asked him to call me. 3 days later I chased up and still nothing. Medicross seems happy to take bookings and money but customer service is not their top priority.
Their claims department, customer service and lack of care is shocking. Basic motor claim totally messed up by them. Appointed two assessors and two panel beaters and 6 weeks later repairs not done as per quote but we had to pay to get the car back! Would NEVER recommend them - dreadful experience. Linton never calls back and couldn't give a rats ass
Initially after a car accident we were impressed with their help when a car hit us and managed to get a hire car. However, we are still waiting for the repairs to start as the panelbeater is waiting for second hand parts? I didn't know that was what Outsurance did - I wrongly assumed they got the parts from the manufacturer? 4 weeks and still no further forward.
Had my GWM P Series serviced recently and on collection founf two internal ietsm had been damaged. I immediately informed Carlisle of this and he reported to his manager who said they will fix. The mechanic confirmed there was no damage when he was servicing the car so it must have happened in the car wash. I have emailed and called and weeks later am still waiting for a positive response.
I ordered an iPhone and I cannot believe that Apple use such terrible couriers. Promised delivery day after day. Call Customer Service and they promise to call back and nothing. Would NEVER choose to use them.
It is not the first time I've reviewed Samsung, but following the last post I received a public 'We will look into it' - to make it look like they have customer service. They have since gone from bad to worse. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Having spent R20,000 on a new Fridge/Freezer and it being faulty from the start - we have had over 8 replacements of the same part and continue to have the same problem. They then said they would replace the appliance (at last) - then two days later say they have decided to repair it (again). How many times must the same part have to be replaced before they realise the appliance is faulty? We have been without the use of the freezer section for over 6 months in total. I have lost lots of food. The noise of the motor is deafening and wakes the whole household all the time. They have NO empathy for what we are going though. Sick and tired of them. Totally by the book and USELESS. I wish I could give them a negative rating.
If I couod give them a zero I would. Basically bought a fridge freezer (almost R20k) and the same issue keeps braking. Been out 6 times and still refuse to replace. Logged a call again over a week ago and they are yet to come out.
I cannot even begin to tell you how BAD the aftersales department are - and the same with Samsung. Terrible service. Will not be buying anything from either of them EVER again. Spent R20k on a fridge/freezer and it kept breaking many times over the 12 months since we bought it and bad repairs every time for the same fault. I requested a replacement but no - they want to keep repairing the same fauklt again and again and again. Clearly the appliance is faulty but they refuse to replace.
Had a service on my new GWM 6 Series and had the WORST customer service ever. All promises and never followed through.
Look like great socks. Poor website. Pay for delivery when they advertise free for orders over R500. Complain and they ignore you. Chase where the order is and they ignore you. Won’t use them again.
