Had a double booking which I cancelled. Requested a refund to my bank account in the 21st of November. Still no reply on any of my emails requesting updates on the matter. When you phone you hold for over an hour as caller number one. The one time I did get through I was advised that the refund will take place the next working day which it did not. I can only imagine if this is the level of service international guests receive from our biggest tourist attraction in the country it can certainly have a negative impact.
All four payments were made I enquired as to why my account shows nothing is outstanding via the app and online but receiving NO feedback. I have sent 3 emails with the proof of payments attached over the past 2 weeks to rectify the matter with NO response. Today I receive an sms stating my account has been handed over. There is no contact number on their website. Only email address' which obviously isn't getting attended to.
Useless!!! Payment made 31 July. Proof of payment sent 6 Aug to email address is received last invoice from. Suspended my line Monday 12 Aug. Phoned them 3 times, sent proof of payment 2 more times to email address provided. Everytime we speak telephonicly they advise the line will be activated shortly but it just does not happen. Still offline and I'm losing business. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
Went to the store to purchased 2 aircons on black Friday special. I was advised I can pay now and they will get the stock. Now after 2 weeks there is apparently no stock in South Africa and I have to wait for a shipment. There is no clear date on when I will be able to get the aircons. If i knew this prior to buying the aircons i would not have done so. I have phoned 3 times and mailed 3 times and been to the store twice and no one is willing to assist. They can't even provide an alternative. They say they will phone me back and no one does. Worst customer service
Wrong description on site. Delivered silver instead of green. Still not marked as delivered after a week so I can't log a return. Tried to phone to report the issue they said they would log a call. I logged a complaint online aswell. They never responded to any of the complaints and sent a review mail to close the ticket online but I have not been contacted once!! I still have the wrong product and no way of sending it back cause they don't respond telephonically or via mail. Horrible service
Bought a vehicle on 21 Des. On 13 January we saw an oil leak on the vehicle that was not mentioned on the dekra report and reported the matter on the same day. After numerous attempts to find the oil leak and different repairs being done on the vehicle in order to solve the problem an amount was outstanding and invoice forwarded to We buy cars to be settled. They now refuse to pay with a different excuse everytime as to why. The worst after sales service ever. Quick to sell the car but when issues arrise they just aren't as interested in you. Will never recommend to anyone and I'm taking the matter to the Motor Industry Ombud of South Africa (MIOSA)
Worst service. Multiple requests for them to contact me with regards to joining the medical aid. Sent emails with documents to join and never got any feedback. Seems like they have enough members because I've been trying to join since November
Absolutely incompetent to manage accounts. After numerous telephonic queries AND visits to their stores to sort out unallocated payments they simply can't figure it out. My bill is now a staggering R4 786 according to them dispute payments being made manually time after time. Phone the call centre and a consultant can't even pronounce R2314 in words?! How on earth they recon theirs account I do not now!!!
At about 19h15 on 24/08/2017 I went to collect my telephonic order placed at Romans Pizza Middelburg. Out of 4 staff members at the cashiers and an EMPTY shop at the front desk not 1 even bothered to say as much as a hallo. I waited standing infront of one shop assistant being looked at but ignored. They rathered continued their conversation ignoring me like a stop street! This is not my first HORRIBLE expierence at this store. Previously Owner present but just advising her cashier to rather finish with her friends order first before helping me as a normal paying customer. Unfortunately I love the pizza!!!! HATE the service I recieve every single time!!!
<p>In January 2016 I had some issues with my liberty medical aid and my membership was suspended. During that time I had a doctors visit which I paid for cash and according to a Liberty medical scheme consultant I would have to submit the slip for a refund, which I did, on the same day service was rendered and also followed up on this by the 16th of Feb. when I was asked to resubmit the docs as the call was not logged the first time. I escalated my call in late February and also sent all required docs along AGAIN! In late May ,I , for the third time escalated my claim and I was advised the issue with be resolved within 5 working days and the refund would be done. It is now the 10th of June 2016. Almost 6 months after submitting my documents for the 1st time and the refund has STILL not been processed. </p>
