I’m deeply disappointed with Kia Wonderboom and the behaviour of manager Eric Erasmus. Since February 2025, I took my car there 4–5 times for the same overheating issue and was repeatedly told “no problem found.” Only last week was the real issue, a faulty thermostat finally diagnosed and said to be fixed. Even though the car was eventually repaired and I received transport assistance, the treatment I received was unacceptable: • Months of being ignored despite returning with the same issue • Rude and unprofessional conduct from Eric Erasmus, including swearing over the phone • Being told to drive the car while it was overheating, which is unsafe • Receiving my car back with no paperwork or confirmation • A new scratch on the vehicle, and being dismissed when I mentioned it • The car is making a strange sound when braking, turning, or going over bumps • And today, customer service ignored my feedback completely • Customer service ignored my feedback today • Even the person I was told to contact “if there’s an issue” ignored me today and never filed anything I’ve owned three Kia vehicles, and this has been my worst experience. I expect Kia South Africa to urgently investigate Kia Wonderboom and address this behaviour.
The service was bad, disappointed very much by the brand.
I wish I could give them 0 rating. My parcel has been stuck at their warehouse for days. Today the sent me an sms and email that parcel is dispatched and driver is delivering. Tell me why I left work at 16:00 and only now there’s an update that premises closed and parcel returned? How does someone deliver to me without contacting me? How do they deliver at that time when the driver picked up my parcel from the warehouse at 6:48am?
I just logged in to my app, firstly my account wasn’t there. Then I logged out then in again to make important transfers. And I get an error that my account is on hold. Why is my account on hold? On month end guys, nooooooo! I need this resolved urgently. No, I can’t with you guys.
I have settled my account with Telkom and received my last invoice. I have a refund due to me cause I paid than I was supposed to. I have logged a refund request on the 7th January 2023 with Nokubonga Mdlalose and even sent her my bank statement as proof of payment, but even today I haven’t been refunded. I have called many times and spoken to several ladies Aphelele and Nthabiseng who promised they are escalating to supervisor but still no help. They never even agree for clients to speak to the superiors. I am very frustrated by Telkom. I am not getting any joy from them. I am calling with my airtime.
I’m an ex employee, it’s been over a month since I left the bank. But even today they have not sent my claim to the investment for withdrawal. I emailed HC for assistance and I am being send from pillar to post. I have sent all the documents to Maria Mokoena on 14/12/2023 and I have spoken to Ntombi and has said I should speak to Mariana Rabie who unfortunately is not responding to my emails or taking calls. I am very stressed as I have responsibilities I need to take care of with the money. I am writing this with so much sadness and disappointment as these people are my ex colleagues. I have also been advised to talk to Maria Mokoena again, I emailed her with no response. The treatment I am getting from them is really sad. I decided to directly call the investment company but they unfortunately cannot help. The only thing they did was to also send an email to African Bank, but no response still. I am really drained by the incompetency from African Bank HR. I cannot take it anymore.
I upgraded early July with 2 Samsung A32 worth R549 for 24 months. First month R969 was taken from my account. Now I see on the mtn app my bill for this month is R855 and already the September bill is running on R675 and it still increases on daily basis. I called their call centre since beginning of the month with no joy. I have spoken to several agents and all they do is to log queries. The last one I spoke to “Luntu” even sent me his email said I must follow up with him. Did that but he never responds. The queries also are never resolved. So Saturday 21/08/21 I decided to visit a “The Grove MTN” where I did the upgrade, where I waited on a queue for 2 hours before getting assisted (not exactly assisted). The lady then says to me, I am being charged for buying data offers (like your work from offers) as they aren’t for contract users. She says this is an mtn feature. I have been with this company since 2016 and even last year I’ve been buying this offers, this happens now after an upgrade, why? And also if this offers are only for prepaid users, why do they then appear under my profile which is a contract profile? Why was this not communicated to me as a client (where’s TCF applying there)? I am so unhappy with MTN and I want this resolved. I know you might not attend to my matter cause I see your bussiness never responds to any of the other reviews. This is bad!
I went to telkom the grove mall on 22/12/2020 to apply for a new contract for iphone 12 pro max. Application approved immediately and they promised phone will be available the following week. I explained to them that my phone was stolen and I urgently need a phone. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received the phone. My question is why does Telkom advertise something they don't ? I am so diappointed as their new customer. And the branch never even answer their phone, I wonder why they put the number online.
I have a contract with mtn and they debit my account every month on the 26th for their payments. This month they suddely sent me a statement with an amount I did not understand, i higher amount almost double my installment. I called them, and the lady I spoke to said she logged a query for escalations and she’ll sent me an sms with the ref number (of which i never got) and said I will get feedback within 2-72 hours (never got it). Then days later I called again, then the lady I spoke to assured me they are going to debit R397. But this morning I wake up to a debit order from MTN of R779 which I never even authorised, which I don’t know came about. I mean with all the financial crisis we as individuals are going through, they just do as they please.
So beginning of June me and my husband went to Vodacom The Grove mall in pra for an upgrade on an iphone 8. Days after we were told we already upgraded to a samsung S10 at Cape gate mall for R900p/m. We stay in pta for heaven sake. My husband went to the store in the grove and they showed him that we upgraded and showed him even the ID document (of which was fraud, the picture was not his and the issue date). We logged a fraud case with Vodacom. Later that month as I was following up they said that the case was closed and it was indeed fraud and they even made sure that the debit doesn’t go through. So now this morning we wake up to a debit order of R905 from Vodacom. What the hell is going on Vodacom?! I am really disgusted in your service.
