I ordered pizza from debonairs pizza Corlett drive and my order got delayed for over an hour. What's sad is that nobody is keeping me updated.
On the 15/06/2018, I stopped at Silverton Sasol service station and requested R400 of Unleaded PETROL. The attendant proceeded to put Diesel into my BMW X3 2.5 when the fuel cap clearly states PETROL on the Cap! The car smoked in front of them from back to front yet he stood there asing ME what is wrong with my Car yet he poured wrong Consumption in the car! Not only did this result in R400 of wasted Diesel, I also had to spend money to have my Car towed to a Machenic to flush the Diesel system, I must be without a car now! Sasol petrol attendants are clearly incompetent! I expect compensation for this I can't leave this hanging. I had to pay R1620 today to the Mechanic for this.
I have experienced FNB Digital Banking Fraud which was caused by FNB's negligence. From April 2016 someone logged into my Cellphone Banking profile and successfully managed to send themselves E-Wallets ranging from R300, R500 & R1500. I didn't realize anything funny apart from realizing that my bank balance keep decreasing for some odd reason and I thought it were my bank charges. Until in December 2017 on the 27 when I tried to send someone money using E-Wallet I was told that I have reached my limit. I then had to follow that up. & went to the bank who then printed me my three months bank statement and I saw all the transactions that were made from October till December 2017. They pulled out a cellphone number which was the primary number to send all these monies. Tried to call that number but It just rang and nobody answered it then when we tried calling it again It was then switched off. I then went to Sandringham Police Station and opened a case and submitted everything to FNB. They said they will conduct investigations and they will get back to me in due course. My son was phoned as part of investigations. Then days later I received a call from a Van Niekerk Dawid who told me that after they've done their investigations they concluded that their mobile logs confirm that I am a registered user of the full Cellphone Banking service since March 2014 and been using the service ever since. Their mobile logs confirm that on the dates mentioned in the above table, the user logged into my Cellphone Banking profile by dialling *120*321#. At all dates and times the correct Cellphone Banking Pin (“MOPIN) was successfully entered. There were no invalid MOPIN entries. Their logs further confirm that in contact sms messages for all the above disputed eWallet payments were successfully relayed to my cellphone number +27 82 ********** . And that I confirmed with the Bank that there was no sim swap done to my cellphone number, my cellphone was with me always and in good working condition. Thus The Bank could only recover an amount of R48.00 from the Wallet account. The balance of the loss shall be for my account! That is pure garbage. Why on earth would I go to all this trouble in trying to get my money back while I know I am the one responsible. I am beyond infuriated with the level of security and protection that I received from my Bank. FNB failed to protect my money in their bank, They failed me as a client & I am probably not the only one that went through this. How do you conclude that money was not taken in fraudulent yet You cannot even prove it! How did they come to that conclusion? That is pure day light robbery from their end & I want MY MONEY!! I will not rest until FNB pays me back my money in FULL!
<p>So I go to Nedbank on Thursday 24th November, to order a Debit card because I have relocated and left my cards at my other place. I tell this guy that was helping me at Nedbank Balfour Park by teller number 3 that Please please do not Block those cards just order me new ones reason being I have hired a car with AVIS using my American Express Cheque Card which I had it with me & also told him that I am off to Avis to drop and Top-Up another vehicle. Now he goes and Block my cards even when I told him that. Next thing he failed to sort the Mess out and gives me a Temporary card without a chip, Like how am I supposed to hire a car with that card? I was forced to open a Savings account on Friday to enable me to hire a car. Such an Inconvinience and having have to pay for those two cards yet the one was blocked without my consent. NOW Avis has paid me back my Rental deposit I am unable to get those funds because the card is BLOCKED! Like can you really NEDBANK? NO THATS TOTALLY UNFAIR!</p>
<p>On Friday I apaplied for a Loan at Atlas Finance and It was Approved Was told to submit my stamped Pay Slip and Bank Stamp Statement I did that went today on Monday, I got there my time was wasted Empolyment got confirmed But I get declined due to my Pay Slip not looking like the SABC Employees. It does not have an Employee number I mean really Does a TV Soapie which trades under an LTD has Employee numbers? If not and employment is confirmed why still decline Some people should not play with people's feelings. </p>
<p>I have since made a Payment of R116 to Afrihost since I couldn't select the method of Payment on their Clientzone due to the error message I kept getting about my bank details. Since the 06th of September and today It's the 15th but yet I still don't have my emails set up. I send them countless emails for help but their service Sucks. I was with Afri Host previously and I left it due to these kind of treatment. I see the service has gone from bad to worse. Today a consultant named Angel sends me an email and tells me they found the Payment and allocated it to some Outstanding debt which I know nothing about, When I send the "Help" text they don't call back and when I send emails no luck either Even when I phone them. I must move my Business elsewhere. And I advice people out there to think twice before signing up with AFRIHOST It chows people's monies N***xx!!!!!</p>
<p>I hate going to Nedbank Branch especially Balfour Park. I regret the day I came to this Bank. I want to switch ASAP I cannot wait on a que for over an hour for a mere Bank Statement! That's Pathetic at least other banks you can print out a Statement and get it stamped. I am Def Switching to FNB. No ways!</p>

When we query he gets angry and lashes out. He does not give Good Customer Service to his Clients. He Rips Clients their money with his False advertising. </p>

<p>My sister and I booked into hotel 224 in Pretoria and we're charged R600 for Accommodation and R400 for breakfast, on Thursday the 23rd June 2016. Upon arrival at the room we started to itch due to dirt on curtains and dust coming off the Aircorn. We immediately phoned reception to raise this concern. But decided to give them a chance, however due to the dust my sister's sinuses started reacting badly, and she went to the toilet there was no toilet paper for more than 15 minutes. They have since said they are coming until I told them I want my Refund because their service is Poor poor poor. I was refused my money!!!! I want my R900 back.</p>
