I booked for a certain date, 2 days before move they told me they could only do it 2 days later. People moving into my place what was I supposed to do?? Told me I would get a full refund within 30 days, still waiting and no answer. Really bad customer service

Worse than pathetic service
Supersonic you are my service provider, even if Vodacom is who you go through. You cannot give me a reason why I’ve been off for 24 hours. Your service is pathetic!!! Still waiting for someone to phone me after my last 2 complaints. Ridiculous!!!
