I called the clinic to try and make a booking for immunisation for a baby and the person on the Nurse on side of the line (who didn’t provide their name) rudely hung up the line by saying she can’t help. Didn’t even give me a change to ask I could come since that particular day wasn’t available. I’m disgusted by this level of service Dischem, this is the quality of your staff. I won’t be visiting this that store ever again.
Great Gap cover scheme I’ve worked with. You need to know what you are claiming for for the process to be smooth. Sometimes I’ve had to process the same claim multiple times for them to understand it but so far all my claims have been successful. I’m happy.
Horrible service, the service providers don’t bother to contact you and deliberately ignore your messages on WhatsApp (messages read but no response) about your order once they have the deposit. I’ve been following up for days until I called for answers. It’s disappointing that they make you pay a deposit so that you’re stuck with their horrible excuse of service until the job is done. Pathetic.
The service has dropped to beyond low . I have been calling trying to make a corporate booking at their restaurant for 15 people, I could get through the restaurant tried leaving a message at reception for them to please call me back and the receptionist said she can’t take a message because she’ll forget therefore if can’t get through to the restaurant she can’t help. Wow!!! Well take our money elsewhere if this is the kind of service you get before you even set foot.
Clicks stonehille in greenstone. I’ve never in my entire life waited for over 15minutes to be helped at the pharmacy section even walked around the entire store to look at random things to pass time. Literally waited for over 15minutes while people were merchandising and walking around and not helping people. I’m literally annoyed. This is nearest clicks and where I choose to leave my prescription and I’m disappointed.
I have been querying an issue related to what they call “a legacy account issue” on an account payment issue that affects me getting into the gym.I’ve been dealing with this issue for weeks, I’ve even contacted head office even after calling them this issue still persists. It doesn’t seem like anyone is doing anything to assist and I am frustrated, annoyed. There’s nothing more embarrassing than being stopped and asked about my account when trying to gym it’s BS. As a loyal paying customer I’m at a point of looking for a new gym to find peace. It’s sickening, this can’t be life!!
I had a terrible experience at Pick n Pay greenstone area where I had a number of items that day to the amount of over R800 . When I got home I inspected my till slip I found 2 items (to the value of R90 - Pick ‘n Pay bleach and another Pick ‘n Pay house brand which I DO NOT USE) scanned that I did not purchase, this is how I knew I was ****med by the till lady. I complained via the after sales sms they send you to rate the service but I never got feedback. Sadly I didn’t go back to the store to complain due to work constraints. I’ve heard Pick ‘n Pay being notorious for this nonsense I just never thought it would happen to me. I’m annoyed and disgusted at the level disrespect by the staff and don’t plan to shop there anytime soon.
The worst thing on the planet. How can you arrange for a delivery past 5pm on someone’s special day. What’s the flipping point. You guys are pathetic. Such a waste of money. The service and standard has dropped it’s ridiculous. Change your ways or close business as all you are doing is ruining peoples special days.
Poor service, incompetent staff that's aren't willing to assist through deep diving on issues and understanding them in order to assist effectively. All of the staff have a scripted feedback to simply chase people away. Pathetic.
I had a delivery which was delivered to the incorrect address (Richards Bay), later kept in touch with the driver, I got his number from when he called me. We kept in contact via sms and telephone for me to keep track of the package. He was very helpful with guiding me to the right direction as he had already dispatched my package to come to the correct address (Durban). The Aramex help desk was not so helpful and were confused about the status and location of my package, it is the driver himself who kind enough to assist with actually tracking and completing my delivery.
