Hi I would like to lay a complaint on a driver that was to deliver a router for my mum, he came to the house and asked her for her ID which she gave to him, he then demanded that she gives him a hard copy of it which she declined as he verified it was her, he was rude and arrogant and screamed at her saying that if he doesn't get a copy of her ID now he will not give her that router, when I asked why is he being so rude and asked him which company is her from and his name as his van had no branding on it, he got more aggressive and through the box back in to his van and said you not getting the router. My mum is a Telkom customer for over 2 decades, she is pensioner, a widow and blind in one eye, how is this acceptable behavior from anyone? She will not give a hard copy of her ID to any random man, please also note this is also a breache the POPI act. Please URGENTLY advise when this router will be delivered and when will be receiving an apology from the driver. Please note that if you require a copy of the ID I will gladly send a digital one or take my mum to a store so they can confirm but I do not appreciate this totally appalling and sickening service received. to add insult to injury i called them 5 times today with holdinng the line for 30 minutes and they dont answer their calls How is this acceptable???
We booked a holiday in December 2023/Jan 24 in Cape Town through booking.com with a cost of R59,485 which included a R5000 breakage deposit, Firstly they falsely advertised a 3 bedroom as a 4 bedroom, on querying they said they will refund us for 1.5 nights because of this which is R10,215.94 + our R5000 breakage deposit as all was well on the pre departing inspecting. with a total of R15215.94 due to us 5-7 working days after checkout we were only paid R7280 after numerous phone calls, we are still being owed R7845.94 and Host Agents to date has not paid us and according to them it is settled, they literally ****** of us this money and are now refusing to pay, Please stay away from this ********* establishment!!
Tembiso assisted , confirmed he had the part I needed, after going in store he gave me a sour attitude saying the part is correct, after verifying with his colleague it was incorrect and the correct part was out of stock, the man literally wasted 45 minutes of my time and didn't apologize, really really appalling. i have been a customer of this store for 15 years dealing with Ozzie and Mervin and they were always helpful i really cant believe they have staff like this nowadays
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE FROM TELKOM, MY LAND AND FIBRE LINE HAS BEEN DOWN FOR THE PASSED 3 DAYS, MY FAULT LOGS ARE BEING CLOSED WITHOUT THE ISSUE BEING RESOLVED, THERE BASICALLY NO WAY TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO ASSIST, REALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS COMPANY OPERATES LIKE THIS.
Absolutely pathetic service from them. I place an Order on 06/01/2021, as per their terms and conditions it takes between 3-5 working days to deliver. when i called thrice on Monday and held the line for 15 minutes each time, i even got cut off when it was answered, i finally spoke to Edna yesterday and was told my order was lost by the courier company, today the courier man Robert from Dawnwing arrives with 3 boxes i ordered 9!! i sent it back for such a reputable company this is absolutely disgusting service. they now have taken my money and i have not received anything!!!!!
I Have not had to claim yet, but i have been with them for 2 years now, I changed cars in between, and Celeste has always been efficient and responsive in assisting me. in a time of poor service delivery this is hard to come by and i really appreciate it. Keep up the good work Celeste.
Shocking Service, A Parcel was supposed to be delivered to me today, i called early this morning and spoke to Barbara , she couldnt pick up my way bill number, i called the co. sending me and they confirmed its the correct waybill number, i call her again and she picks it up, i politely ask her if the parcel can be delivered before 12 as i need to leave and there isnt anybody to receive it, she says she needs at least 3 hours so the earliest would be 1 pm, i agree,at 2pm still nothing received, i called again and another lady puts me on hold for 15 minutes and cuts the call, i call again and speak to Nonku and the same thing, she puts me on hold and it cuts, absolutely irritating, no apology for wasting my time, i will certainly NEVER use this service again!!!!!
I was interested in a car they have for sale, I was contacted by Garreth who was swift, friendly and efficient during the lockdown on a deal which included my current car as a trade in, I was told that I would have to pay in a difference of R100k (I have proof of this) which was a bit more than I was willing but I agreed and was put into contact with Reza the finance guy, who was equally competent, finance was sorted and I was told by Reza that the first 2 instalments would be refunded back to me and that the deal could only go through after the lockdown, I waited patiently, and when I found out they had re-opened for business, I immediately contacted called Garreth and whatsapp'd him but got no answer or response, I then contacted Reza and was told that Garreth will contact me and I can come through today but he thinks there was a miscommunication on the amount, anyway I went in on Friday last week and Garreth had said my car was resprayed, and because of that I have to now pay in a difference of R140k, I really felt this was below the belt as their car paint looks to be in far worst condition than mine, note that this is the same type of car with the same paint colour from the same manufacturer ,just different engine sizes, I understand they are experts and could be right, (but I was not told this by the previous owner ythat it was resprayed) I just find it really hard that within a couple of weeks Im having to pay 40% or 40k more, but anyway I had a rethink as I still wanted the car and sent my new final, revised offer to Garreth 2 days ago increasing it by 10k and said I will even forfeit the 2 months instalment refund, but again he had not provided me any feedback, Im really disappointed that a deal could not be done and the least I was expecting was to get a yes/no.
