Dear Netbank Team, I am extremely dissatisfied with your ongoing failure to update your system after payments are made, especially on credit card accounts. Despite proof of payment, accounts are incorrectly reflected as unpaid, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, your actions appear to be in conflict with NCS guidelines, as customers are threatened with blacklisting while valid payments have already been made. This creates unnecessary stress and financial harm. It is concerning that customer interests seem to be disregarded, while extremely high interest rates — up to 29.25% fixed — continue to be charged. This reflects a lack of accountability and fair treatment. I request that my account be corrected immediately by the ICT and that this matter be addressed with the seriousness it deserves. Sincerely,
Don't do business with these sharks if you searching for a place to stay. Igrow is very eager to let you sign a contract. Their units is very dirty and a disgrace with no MAINTENANCE. Their standards is very low when they do an entry inspection with empty promises. If you want to terminate the contract. You will only get 1/4 of your deposit. They want you pay for deep cleaning etc. and maintenance that they should have done and place that on your account with 7 times stricker rules with the exit inspection to ***** your money. Their electric bill is very high per unit, because you also pay the middle man. Their office people show their true colors if you want to cancel your contract. They are all unreasonable when it comes your deposit money. Searching for reasons to ***** your money. They have to much people, departments to sort out an issue and do as they please. IF YOU ARE STUPID AND DESPERATE, DO BUSINESS WITH IGROW. MY ADVICE STAY IS TO STAY AWAY FROM IGROW. YOU WILL LEARN ON THE HARD WAY WITH THESE SHARKS.

Do you know the business with these people when you are searching for a place to stay. If you sign a contract it is easy go but when you want to terminate your contract YOU will always get half of your deposit money back. They give you a dirty place and expect when you move want to terminate your IGROW wants to deep clean your place with your deposit money and search for a reason to ***** your money. This is a ******* company when it comes to you deposit money, they are very arrogant LILE when it comes to your deposit money. Very unprofessional. This gym do have a clothing policy, first time I hear it. I were chase out of the gym with immediate effect and imb****d in front of other people wearing a denim. Gym is over crowded and do not have access the gyming equipment. If I spent 5 or 10 min in the gym. It has nothing to do with the staff members
