Absolutely poor service ! My daughter Melantha Singh stayed over night for a procedure She waited more than 2 hours for a cheese and tomato sandwich! To top it all The bell to connect with the nurse does not work ! And hospital chargers are almost R 50 000 a night !
I visited the Clicks store at the Phoenix Plaza in Durban and went to the dispensary only to join a queue with approximately 20 people in the queue for 10 min and one Pharmacist behind the counter that was busy doing her own work apart from attending to any other customer waiting. I walked up to her and asked if she working or assisting any other customers as the queue was to a standstill with obviously sick people waiting to purchase their medication. I as very arrogantly told in a ‘ funny’ way that there are 3 people assisting and they are at the back helping other customers???$&@? I called for the manager She advised my that she will speak to the pharmacy manager with no apology and smiled when I told her I’m now forced to go to another Pharmacy other than Clicks and they lost the business Amazing I will stay away from any business that offers poor service and do not respect the people that pay their salaries
Worst service ever ! They attract clients that are over 50 and promise them huge discounts and policies When it comes to a claim , it’s takes forever The service providers they use that pose themselves as TM ELECTRONICS are most arrogant and non compliant by taking too long to assess a damage report to not being on time with various issues from breaking down of their vehicle to an excuse after an excuse I have been with Integresure for about a year My first claim was for my TV which I was told was too old to be repaired and spares are not available and I was not covered I have processed a claim on my fridge and freezer and to date I’m still without both which is now gone more than 2 weeks Please can your policy with these people It’s not worth it
This is the first time in 10 years I’m having a problem for a claim that is taking more than 3 weeks I Have been assisted by by Naomi and then Paula and then Naomi My pool puma stopped working A qualified pool technician that originally built the pool and also service if for past 13 years found the pool pump to non operational They also discovered the salt chlorinater also not working I was asked to submit a quote and a damage report of which I did twice I’m continuously being asked for a damage report on the salt chlorinater all the time I’m querying my claim This is going on and on Staff are just clueless or inexperienced to handle claims They lack understanding and comprehending My pool is gone black with black algae I will now take this up with the South African Insurance Association
I’m still getting calls and sms after posting several writes on Hellopeter I received a recorded call and thereafter an sms Why???? Apart from being assisted I’m still being harassed This is not my Human Right to be harassed Arrangements have been made I’m now going to file a complaint with the Human Rights Commissioner and the National Regulater I have never defaulted any payment and I have asked for assistance There are kids out there that get up in the morning crying out loud for food during this pandemic But here we have Direct Axis crying out for a single payment that missed a month in this Covid19 National Lockdown
Despite my post on HelloPeter on the 15th of April ,I received several call and sms from Direct Axis Sanlam to date ! I have sent out the emails asking for a holiday payment request but I’m still being harassed! I know call on my fellow readers to this message to please advise me the way forward
I have a Sanlam Direct Axis Loan which has always been paid on time However I have not been able to maintain my March payment via debit order due to the Government Lockdown Covid19 and my business is shut for retail trade I have been continuously being called by various consultants being rude and not having enough knowledge in advising me other than harassing me I am further bombarded with sms on a daily basis If anyone can please advise me on my rights I have emailed all the relevant departments and informed them of my situation This is a stressful time for the world and I feel I’m being harassed extensively considering that I have never defaulted my payments

I have was in the market to trade in my VW Golf 6 2010 for a 2019 Polo Vivo Demo. I visited the Umlanga KZN branch and was offered superb service and some great deals I decided to shop around a bit more and went to your branch in Durban and was assisted by a sales executive by the name of Deepak Panday. This is where my nightmare began. I was offered a better trade in and a better deal on a Polo than that of the Umlanga branch. I was then told that there is a good VW Polo available and I must come in to the dealership to have a look at it. I rushed to the dealership together with my wife and son at and was met by Deepak. He took us on a "wild goose chase " from floor to floor as he "could not find the vehicle " After the run around for almost 30 min he managed to locate the vehicle. We fell in love with the vehicle and was ready to conclude the sale. I went back to the dealership the next day and was stalled for almost an hour to be told that the car was already sold ! Disheartened....I left the dealership. I was later called and was told that there is another car available and it's a demo. I finally managed to conclude the deal. I was told to collect the car the next day. Excited as I was ....I went back to the dealership and was told to come back the next day as the car was still being still prepared. I went the next day and collected the car in good faith... The was immediately taken for an insurance inspection and on the way the right hand side wheel cap flew out. We got the PG Glass for the insurance assessment and they pointed out some chips and an incorrect size wheel cap. I took the car back to the dealership again which is more than 50 km from my home I waited and they sorted out all the bits and pieces. Now the drama to get registration has begun..... From day one ....I was lied to by Deepak...with false promises and no delivery hence fustrating me and upsetting me. Most recently was these past few days promising me my number plates will be ready and courier to me in Gauteng and on the 11th hour tells me it will be a few days . Disgusting and disappointing. A sales person who has a " jawbone of an ass" is a huge concern for your brand. I have my cars from Barons VW....Hoopers VW and Umlanga VW and had great service. This is my worst! ( This is email was sent to VW Head Office ...to date...no response!) Stay away from this dealership. They cannot be trusted at all! Pay a bit more and have a peace of mind ! Advise... Dont lie to customers! Be upfront and deliver as promised! Buying a vehicle in today's day is a huge sacrifice anyone can make and these are happy and treasured moments! Never give your customer a run around after you got his money!
I booked a vehicle online while I was spending a weekend in Johannesburg. It all went well until after I handed in the vehicle and all check was good and was asked to go. After leaving for Durban ...I expected my holding deposit of R4200 would have been refunded within 2 to 3 days but instead ...I had an alarming message from the so claims department that the left fender was damaged....this is after the car was fully checked when handed over????? I personally think this the norm/,scam going on. I have a similar issue a few years ago with Eropecar of which I was accused of a chipped windscreen. To me this is a scam... I want the public at last to share
