I made contact with Lionel as his prices were the best. He delivered without any problem and kept good communication. He delivered on time and the team has knowledge of what exactly you need. Afterwards he also assisted with the connection of the solar panels. From my pov they are delivering an awesome service. Keep up the good work Lionel and Team
Im not sure who’s service is worse… Vodacom or iStore online.. I’ve applied for a new contract as i was with Telkom and have a Apple watch with LTE functionality which they do not support the e-sim. I’ve explicitly told them i want to be able to connect my watch with e-sim. Received the phone, everything was great. Went to vodacom 2days later to connect my watch. They informed me that i have to wait 3 months as i am on the wrong contract or need to pay a prnalty. I said well then this was istores mistake. I demanded the package to be changed from istore as this was not my fault. After numerous mails i informed them that the CPA says if i am not happy it can be changed. Which i still received attitude as vodacom is sending me to istore and istore says it is a vodacom issue. Afterwards speaking to vodacom on the phone(5 different departments and 40mins later) they informed me that the account is with legal as i was 96c outstanding, at this point i was moved tired and furious and told them if they cant sort it out, i keep the phone as there is no longer a contract and do not want to assist and they can stick their contract and they dropped the call. I asked them how can i be outstanding on a contract that is only a couple of days old(lets forget it is only 96c for now). They informed me that the refund was done but that amount was short(so a mistake on their side) After numerous attemts i ended up paying the 96c(like really, im not even sure for what) Its been 10 days and still no success. Complained on FB and nobody gives a damn. Part of that, Today i get a mail from istore to ask i should make a payment. Without an amount, when asked i get told she doesnt know, she think it is R96. I’m confused… how do you not know… what should i pay… They litterly blocked everything now until i made the payment of 96c, and ive got no idea how long this is still going to take to resolve. How can this be so difficult? Look at only todays mails etc

Hi, I've bought a car from Ford Lazarus Centurion in February 2020 with 63000km on the clock. Took the car in today for its annual service with 70000km on the clock. Now the company wants to replace my Front discs as they have hotspots on them, and my front break pads and wipers. while the car was only driven 7000km, This was mainly trips to school and some times to Midrand. This makes me very concerned as this should have been picked up a year back when i bought the car with the initial inspection. Break discs should last on average 110000km and break pads 64000km. This is unacceptable and i can not be responsible for this as there was no mention of this that i should do it within the next 7000km. When spoken to the branch i spoke to Chris the main guy in the workshop and just said there is nothing he can do, that is unfortunately my fight with them because it is a different department. which i understand, but it is still the same company. And better customer service would have been, sir, ill find out and sort it out. not, come see me or ill find out if a Chantelle still works here who sold the car to you. In the meantime, i phoned Chantelle and were informed she is on another call and left a message to phone me back. Then i get a call back from Melicent(service department) to say that Chantelle is off sick till the 3rd of March. So how is she on a call and at the company on the phone at the same time, and why was nothing mentioned to me she is actually sick. Obviously the curve ball is with the dealer as they were not aware i bought the car 7000km back from them and clearly they *****ed up somewhere with the inspection. There is 2things i hate in life, someone lying to me and someone trying to steal my money, and in this case i get the feeling they are doing both

I just hoped for the best.</p> <p>They didnt have a courtasy vehicle available as they dont offer that service. Luckily have avis rental on my insurance(30days). Company estimated 3weeks to repair. For the last week the car will be ready the followibg day. After speaking to the owner (Mr Raul) claimed he is dealing with the matter internally as it is unacceptable. He also promised that he will contact me the next day at 11 to let me know about the progress. Waited till 1 and nothing. When i contacted him again, holding on for 8mins he told me "things change". Now let me tell you Mr Raul, great customer service would've been to get one of your staff to contact me if you were to busy to do it, specially after committing to it. I now understand why there is also no communication from your staff.</p> <p>I'm not sure because it is a TATA and see you as poor they handle you different or if it was because my wife handled ecerything initially that they can handle woman different.</p> <p> </p> <p>All i know is that i will never make use of this company ever again if this is the service they give and have instructed my insurance exactly the same</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>This store gives the worst service i experienced at any store ever. Being Mothers day and advertising printing on cups. I gave them a photo and wording to put on, advertising all the different cups but only have 1 in stock.... 5hours later i get back and only the words are on, no photo. The words are faded at the top as if the ink is finished. I ask where the photo is, they said they will reprint and it will take about 15mins, but the cup will be extremely hot. In the meantime my wife wanted to buy a voucher after i left and trying to keep everything a secret, she came back to me and explained she is never going back to that store as their service is pathetic. When i returned to get the new cup the print is still not the best quality, the words are not spaced properly. This is money wasted... Even more, The lady in front of me who came to collect her 2canvas portraits was already waiting 10mins before i arrived. I left and came back and she was still waiting(20mins later) - this means it took the store 30mins to give her portraits. Not once have we ever received good service from this store. They reaaaaaaallllllyyyyyy need to UP their customer service... Or is this the standards in SA now???</p>
<p>Purchased a Tom Tom watch on 19 November 2016, the strap teared after 4months of use (cycled once with it and rest of the time normal daily wear - Imagine if i used it for sports). The store manager refused to exchange the watch as it is a tom tom policy. I understood but because of bad quality i dont want to replace strap every 4months and want to exchange for a different manufacturer. Manager still refusing, i explained that the CPA covers me for 6months. Manager still refused and asked him to contact his manager. He contacted TomTom whereby they said it will be refunded. Manager claimed because it was purchased with a Sterns card they need to credit my account again. manager kept me waiting not explainig what is happening where i had to ask whats going on now... weird story is that now i need to wait for Tom Tom to refund me (since when do they have access to my account) secondly, i purchased from duesouth, not Tom Tom, why should i wait? They can claim from Tom Tom??</p> <p>Definitly not the service i expected from DueSouth</p>

<p>Applied for a phone contract online, but appears you need to wait 3 weeks before you receive the phone as they take a week to get back to you, a week to Debit your account, and another week to deliver the phone(Still waiting to get delivered, hopefully this will be soon). Was told over the phone it takes 5-7working days, but never informed me about the first debit and then another 5-7days for delivery) Will go in-store next time as in the past from different Service Providers you get the device the same day. You can really speed up on your delivery of the Device</p>
