Customer service is appalling. Emails are not returned. No communication on orders No other means of making contact
They quoted me such a competitive premium, but increased it without any warning because of a WINDSCREEN claim I had months prior. The consultant didn't even care that I want to cancel due to the higher premium, it's as if I did not matter as a client
The staff at Shelly beach are rude and have no sense of urgency. One consultant threw away my contract application and I had to have it redone. A teller lost my voucher and gave me just a useless slip
I received 2 sms' with pins for lockers to collect my packages, when I get to the depot they can't find my stuff with no explanation. Depot numbers do not even work, so can't get assist over the phone. This is in Kzn port Shepstone
They are more than happy to collect your premiums until you have to make a claim. Such unethical and disgusting behavior
