It saddens me to leave Miway after 10 years of great service, no thanks to your CEO! I can't help for being white or what the previous government did...but i get blamed for everything negative that happens in this country, including the crime, corruption etc... To the CEO - Mr Otto - I will go and spend my arrogant money with your competitors. I truly hope you can make peace with what ever is happening in your head, it is clear that you have some hate issues to deal with...we are NOT all the same, I then wonder who is arrogant? Some free advice - If it is in the past, no one can change that - Move on already! What matters is what you can do now, today and tomorrow to build the nation, not break it like you want to... Loaded money on my account, R22 to be exact to activate my Whattsup - not even 2 min later there are no money and the service not activated...What happened to my request Cell C? who gave you permission to take my money for data and not whatsapp? In my mind this is extremely un-ethical! Spoke to Lulama Ndwandwa - team leader - not willing to help or escalate the matter! Got a reference number and had to force her to put me through to the manager Scumbuso who is blaming the customer... it is my fault that you use my money for data and not my intended request. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY - NOT COOL!
Visited the team in Cavendish Square - What a great experience, Knowledgeable and they go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy! Well done!
No baby bags and the bags will only be delivered 3-4 weeks after baby is born...LOL Just one question - What is the point of getting a bag from Bankmed if I have to go and buy my own? Just forget about it - Bankmed (Discovery) cares about money and that is unfortunately the customers reality. Don't make the mistake of depending on these people, they wont be there!

I unfortunately had to deal with these people...Do you self a favor and rather stay away, they do NOT have your best interest at hart nor are they objective! I had an discussion with Russel ****** (3rd party claim) around a registration document for my vehicle, I provided them proof of my Insurance podium, License disc renewal, FICA and Purchase notice where I brought the car and he says no...This is the way it use to work in 1960 and this is the way it will be applied... that is how it will be applied, no interpretation or discussion, case closed!

Initially the Service at Cell C Claremont was good, guys were friendly and knowledgable, until I brought over me and my wife accounts from Vodacom...</p> <p>So, I told the consultant Shaanhiem that there was past fraud on my account and sent Feroz (mgr) all the documents via their store e-mail. I had to visit the store 4 times, because....oops - I forgot to ask for or there is no feedback yet etc...Really? You would think that a person with 4 years of Cell C store experience will know how to do his job...</p> <p>After being informed that I was listed again, I asked him who listed me, for what, what ITC are you using etc I had to ask him 4 times and he could not tell me. After a huge fight with Shaahiem I had to report him to Feroz and only then I got the detail I asked for...why the state secret? don't you want customers to fix their accounts? </p> <p>Again I fixed the listing via my attorney and again gave the letter... Shaanhiem now asked for the previous letters i sent to Feroz...why don't you people communicate with each other and to top it off want updated statements and payslips...why? - nothing changed in the space of a month? What problem are you trying to solve here?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so sorry for visiting that store and am seriously thinking of jumping ship to MTN...</p>

<p>Dear Vodacom, I have been a cusotmer of Vodacom for a very long time and have given you permission to Dt my account via debit order...how is it possible that you have now listed me on IDX (Xpert Decision System) for an amount of R1986, but when I phone as ask if I owe you anything, I am told that I am up to date with all my payments - ***? How do you explain this? There has been no attempt to inform me of this at any point in time... I can only attribute this to your incompetance...</p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to Ashipo and asked her to get this resolved for me and guess what - Nothing! The day I made the decision to partner with Vodacom is the day I made the biggest mistake of my life - I have never hated a company this much! </p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to Zinya and Grant 2 other consultants and I am still no where with this false listing...</p> <p> </p> <p>Rather stay away from Vodacom!</p>
