I used edreams to book flights in Jan 2026. from end of Jan i started gett debited R229 for a subscription i never opted for and did ot give authority to debit . i cancelled the subcribtion on the app and last month they debited me again. i want my money back for both months. these guys are absolute ****** .

I went into an Edgar's store at the beginning of October. the cashier called the call center as i wanted to pay up my account and close it. the consultant could hardly here me. eventually i did received the settlement amount which I paid after a third attempt on my bank card. i was told that they could help in cancelling the insurance cover on the account. i had to call . I have been trying and trying and the number is apparently changed according to the voice prompts. the number I'm given does work. I have also email the proof of pay for the settlement of my account on the 15/10/2020. to date I have note received any feedback . im frustrated, i just want this account closed.
The IT Advantage | CLAIM NO 199681818 I am in the insurance industry. my clients Vehicle was authorized to renew it Randburg. like many of the reviews Iv seen the work done is horrific. they delivered my clients car in a rush. when the client inspected the car it seems like there was damage to the rim and Tyre. they wanted to pass the busk back to the insurer and claim this from them. after much back and forth they said they would repair the car. the client or myself have to constantly email or call for update. This week the car was meant to be collected , the tow truck came and left as the battery of the car was dead. many faults and missing parts like the spare tire have been picked up since. the client has not been contacted since monday.

I got an email back saying some will call me. no one called. come may i received a may bill. only yesterday the 6 may when i called in did i get an email saying that they tried to call me but could not get hold of me. no one called. i want this cancellation to be back dated and for a new bill sent which should only be up until the 15th of may
