In January 2024 some oaf road into my vehicle on the R 59 highway and was texting and or smoking whist driving. I did report the matter with A & G. There was a time period I had to wait for them to claim from the third party who was distinctly grossly negligent. Needless to say about two weeks back I received a telephone call to say that my full excess which was a 5-digit number was paid by the third party to A & G to say they monetary settlement was exactly the sum of my excess payable upfront. I have left A & G as an insurer due to higher premiums, but cannot fault the expeditious manner in which the excess was extracted from the third party.
A thirty + year client, suddenly stopped getting monthly invoices. I called 135 on cell phone on Monday September 2, 2024 Liza assisted to align all my various deals onto common e-mail. She said she would call me at my cell 0828891993 on Wednesday September 4,2024. Its Friday I sent e-mails to them called them cannot connect????

It appears I am being targeted by your company alleging that someone with another account number is me and that I owe you R291 in arears. This is either a ***** **** or a case of gross negligence by your staff. I take immense umbrage to this ******** act. Under claim number I have been waiting for builders 24053474 Marcom Insurance Builders have been promising to come for three weeks since the day of my claim Stand 33 Boundary Street Klip River 1871. They just cancelled again this morning: they alleged that they tried feverishly to phone her "all morning" my wife Petro checked her phone and saw that no one had tried at all to call her. I have logged one complaint on your call centre. I want your service provider to apologise for lying to my wife Petro and to promise and pitch Monday August 5, 2024.
