<p>Worst courier company ever. Received a notification on 28 May 2019 that my parcel will be delivered before 18h00... Today is 14 June and STILL no delivery (17 days later). When I phone ********** 441 they transfer me 7 times and then I end up at reception again.... Dealing with Mariza Diedericks, Helen Araujo, Mpiti Khosi...! I never experienced such pathetic service from any courier, and I work DAILY with them. If you have the time, energy and patience to waste ... USE TNT!</p>
Absolutely pathetic service today at Sandown Postnet. I always send my parcels via Postnet. Today when I entered, the two ladies were having a conversation that they did not even notice me. When I asked to be helped, they tell me that they DON'T do the service that I require. So I insist, that I always use the service via Postnet. I asked if there is new management, and they said NO. When I was furious and on my way out, they remembered that "Oh, they do the service I need." Normal charges are R48.75 for sending parcels less than 1kg, they charged me R91 per parcel? There were 2 parcels? So instead of paying R97.50, I paid R182???????? DAYLIGHT robbery! Do they charge double to try and gain more income because their service is so pathetic so no one uses them anymore? I used to do ALL my business there - NO more!! This is absolutely pathetic service. 3 People in the store, and NO ONE knew what to do... or maybe that is another problem. They keep on replacing staff because their service is so pathetic??
Firstly, I just received an INVOICE for some letter of demand. When I query the invoice, 4 weeks later I get told that it was for a LETTER OF DEMAND (that up to date, I have not received). Secondly, without asking me for proof of payment, re sending me the invoice - in other words .... NO COMMUNICATION, they just issue a LETTER OF DEMAND Thirdly, they add the amount to my statement - WITHOUT even responding to my query (for 4 weeks). So they expect me to pay the account, but up to date have not received anything (NO LEGAL CORRESPONDENCE). My question? * Do they just send invoices to their customers that PAY their salaries every month to try and get more money? Because I did not receive any LEGAL LETTER. * How much money do they collect monthly by doing this. Oh - you are late: LETS ISSUE A LETTER OF DEMAND FEE. * Surely they are INCOMPETENT if they take 4 weeks just to respond to 1 email??? But there is time to ISSUE LETTER OF DEMAND INVOICES? * Lets have a look at consumer act - WITHOUT NO CORRESPONDENCE, they just issue LETTER OF DEMAND.... ?? NO correspondence! Their first correspondence is a letter of demand? * Do they know what they do? I truly think this company should be investigated and all Body Corporate's should be aware of their MODUS OPERANDI... Unless the Body Corporate's are also involved in this.
In the last week I used DHL for 2 shipments. Every single time they STATE the delivery on the tracking, then when the delivery date expire (because of NO DELIVERY) - they just don't update again. Every single time I had to phone in, twice a DAY, for 7 days - every single time the call takes 10 minutes. Every single TIME I have to SPELL my email address, give them my contact number - but STILL.... they JUST DON'T PHONE ME BACK, so that is why I have to phone twice everyday. Then AFTER the first shipment is DELIVERED, I get 3 x sms's stating that my shipment is ON ITS WAY... I have to pay R773.50 (168.3+81.20+150)... Once AGAIN B E Y O N D P A T H E T I C: The actual calculation is R399.50. So they threaten NOT to deliver the shipment, but it's already delivered... A WEEK before the sms.... These shipments are also LOW value items, but they want to double charge me??? Wake UP DHL South AFRICA!!!! In future I will only deal with ARAMEX, as DHL service is beyond pathetic.
<p>They just steal your money. You think that you place a LEGAL order. The leadtime is 120 days (seriously - these days with modern technology...) DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. When your goods don't arrive they PROMISE to refund you, going for 3 months and STILL no REFUND.. All I am asking is for a payment plan to refund me, but get emotional blackmail and endless excuses. Did work via Payfast also - they suggest to open up a THEFT case at Local Police. Whoever need to get their money as well, contact Payfast, comment on this and I will send you the new owner email address. Christelle Orban.</p>
<p>DO NOT USE THEIR SITE AT ALL. They take payments from customers (as you think its an order). They just take your money, claiming delivery takes 120 days... When You query with them they PROMISE to refund, but nothing happen. Payfast request that we open up a THEFT case at police. The new owner is Christelle Orban. ********** Good luck to those that need to get their money back....</p>
<p>This company love blocking people instead of RESPONDING to their customers. Since 9 Dec I am trying to just get the estimate delivery of my order, but not receiving any response. They don't have the capital to purchase stock, so as you order, they 'pay' for the stock and it gets send to you via the postoffice. So they buy cheap chinese items and they don't even see the item before it gets delivered to you. They don't even know IF the order from China do get to you (as they use unreliable sources) - thats the reason for the 120 days delay. So in the meantime - they just don't respond to any emails or messages, they rather block you and create new posts and try and collect more orders instead of giving information to customers and try and gain repeat customers. Payfast do guarantee SAFE shopping. So if you did your payment via Payfast wait for the 120 days to past and then OPEN UP a dispute.... Thats why we have SAFE Shopping. Thank YOU PAYFAST for saving us from CROOKS like Kiddies Sofas and Stuff (Kiddiescorner 101)</p>
<p>Ive placed an order on 9 December 2016 - Order #2336. 15 Days later I still got no response from them. If I email it states they take 48 hours to respond. Been 15 DAYS - and NO response. Ive checked with Payfast and they cleared their account. Unacceptable service. DON'T use this company - unless you want to loose your money</p>
<p>Vodacom just deduct R600 MORE (for no reason)on my account via debit order. Been on the line for 2 hours now with VODACOM and NO one can assist or explain to me why?? I have a MORE DATA 2G Contract on my phone and thats it - WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY R600 extra for WHAT?? When I phone in I have to wait 30 MIN for someone to take the call, then when they cant help me they just keep me on the line??? ABSOLUTELY PATHTETIC!!!! Please REFUND THE amount</p>
