Pathetic service.. I've phoned them when the insurance told me that everything was approved and I needed a courtesy car. They said that they don't have one available now and they will let me know when to bring in my car.. I got an email on the Friday 2 weeks later that I must bring in my car for repairs just to find out that there isn't any courtesy cars available.. Very poor communication from them.. You must phone them to check up om everything and just leaves you in the dark
After a week of numerous calls and emails Standardbank still hasn't reversed my money which they took incorrectly for 3 months in a row and ows me R730.. All 3 reference numbers I had stated that the matter would be solved 2 days ago and still nothing yet.. This is very bad service
I've log a return request on 9 January 2025. They only collected the item 3 weeks ago and now I am still waiting for 3 weeks for an answer... I've called numerous times and no feedback nothing. Makro is *****ing our money and will go to the police
I am struggling to get hold of mtn fibre for 3 days.. When I phone the call center there's still nobody after 25min of holding on. I've made a new order and the people were at my house to put the fibre line but I need a ticket for them to activate my line outside.. I'm not even a customer yet and still have bad service with them. It's pathetic..
Vodacom are *****ing my money. We've asked to cancel one of our data sim cards. They've sent us the cancelation form of R249 which we've paid and then paid the outstanding amount on statement end of the month.. Now vodacom switched of our fiber because they've added an extra R300 not sure for what but it has nothing to do with fibre
I canceled my contract on 26 March 2024 because I sold my car.. The lady said because I take a new contact with my new Ford Ranger the cancelation fee will only be R700 end of April plus the new R179 so it would be R879.. The March payment also went of before I canceled it.. They said I must call tracker again after they've installed the new device to my Ford Ranger I bought because they will add pro-rata and I must ask them to take it of because I've payed in March already.. Now I see and incorrect amount of R907 went of my account as well as the incorrect date. They don't know what they are doing and trying to ***** people's money.. I had to reverse the debit order which they will now charge me R60 but I won't pay that amount..
Makro Alberton are *******.. Tv still under warranty and doesn't want to change it for new one.. Nowhere on warranty does it say if you cut the plug you'll loose the warranty.. But every where at the back of the tv does it say do not break seal or open because you'll loose the warranty.. They should have put a tag at the plug that say do not cut plug.. That is how they stole R10000 for a Hisense 58inch tv I bought 2 years ago...
Hisense are *******.. No where on the warranty terms and conditions does it say if you cut the plug and put a 3 point plug you'll loose the warranty.. Everywhere on the back of the tv it says do not break seal or open tv you'll loos warranty but no-where do they say if you cut the plug using the same wire you'll loose your warranty.. That is how they catch people because they don't put a tag on plug that says don't cut tv plug you'll loose warranty.. They stole R10 000 and doesn't want to fix my tv that's still under warranty
Makro doesn't care about their customers.. Nobody told me that if you cut your 2 point plug on your tv you will loose your warranty.. Everywhere at the back of your tv there are tags saying do not break the seal or open tv because you'll loose the warranty but there's no tag at the bottom saying do not cut plug etc.. Pathetic *******
I upgraded today 3 weeks ago online and they delivered the wrong device and asked vodacom to come and pick it up again.. It's been 21 days and nobody has called me yet and I'm paying extra for the new handset which I don't even use. It's pathetic
