Excellent Customer Service
I like to applaud a guy by the name of Samukelwa at Jet Mall of Africa. he always give excellent service to clients. I have never seen him doing his job just for the sake of doing it, he always go extra mile for clients, serving with smile & very helpful. People like him should be taken care of by the employer, such an outstanding employee I must say

Poor customer service
I have reported this company for so many times & still cannot get help. My account is paid up but still showing on my credit report. I have sent them proof that they still showing on my report but chose to ignore me. My last option is maybe to take further steps as I’m ignored.

Poor customer service
I am sick & tired of this company. Don’t know how many times I reached out to them. I don’t owe Atlas Finance a single cent, my account is paid up but they still appearing on my credit report. This is my last appeal to Atlas Finance to update their records.

Poor Customer Service
I don't owe Atlas Finance a cent for 4 months now.. Even when I was still their client, I have never skipped a payment but they appear on my report. This create an impact when I apply for credit. I asked Atlas Finance to attend to the matter & nothing is done yet.

Unfair listing
I have been a loyal client of Atlas Finance & 3 months ago I requested for a settlement letter to pay off my loan. I paid up my loan but to my surprise, I still have Atlas Finance on my profile with credit bureaus showing that I owe them. Can this be sorted as it is affecting me.

Negative report
My debt has prescribed between the period of 2019 to 2024. It disappeared off of my credit report in 2024 and reappeared in 2025 at a higher rate of R28 000 more. Now I can’t do anything because FNB/Wesbank has not updated at Transunion. Vehicle finance at Wesbank should really get their act together.

Wrong order
We bought food on Friday around 18:00pm for take away not sit-in. Our order had waffle chips even on the till slip but when we got home, we were given normal chips not what we ordered. I'm so disappointed.

Unfair negative listing
A *****ulent account was opened with & i notified Rage. Rage then requested me to send proof of my signature to match it with what they have on their records together with an affidavit. Done that & confirmed that I have never had or opened an account with Rage. To my surprise, I still have a negative listing by Rage. They still appear on my credit report & this is affecting me badly as I cannot apply for any credit.
