I am writing this email with a heavy heart, utterly exhausted and deeply traumatized by the treatment I am receiving from Simplify Financial Services. I am currently mourning the devastating loss of my brother, but instead of being allowed to grieve in peace, I am being subjected to an agonizing runaround that is severely affecting me psychologically. I am appalled by the fact that you are now demanding documentation and requirements that were never mentioned or requested at the point of sale when I purchased this funeral policy.
I am absolute outraged at the pathetic level of service provided by Superbalist. What was supposed to be a simple delivery has turned into a masterclass in incompetence and professional negligence. The "service" I’ve received has been nothing short of a disgrace. Broken promises your delivery timelines are clearly a fiction. My time is valuable, and having get daily sms about delivery delays with no factual reasons on a service I’ve already paid for is insulting. Support team is either unwilling or unable to provide a straight answer. Being told that the only communication with courier is email I must wait till the courier decides to respond even if takes 2 years that simply means you have no control on customers orders and that your faith is with courier . There is no sense of urgency, no ownership of the mistake, and zero respect for the customer. I am tired of the generic, scripted excuses. I am not interested in "apologies for the inconvenience" I am interested in results. This order was schedule for delivery last week Friday already after its was placed on the 3rd April its half a month later ,
It's been 2 months waiting for my excess refund. The consultants simply ignore emails . Such a terrible service

Courtesy car should be made available 24/7 and not only weekend days till 5pm. We should not only have one proxy at rental company that Naked deals with this should be extended.

I took they vehicle and half way in my journey realise the tyres were worn out. This did no put me and my family at risk but caused me to make too many stops so that I can keep these tyres cool after one of them burst about 2hour into my journey forcing me to drive the rest of 12 hour joinery with out spare wheel. I tried several attempts to chat to their management at Cape Town branch but to no avail. I even left a whatsapp msg for him and till now he has just read the message but no response. When dropping the car this morning as I could not yesterday I was told I am going to be charged a handling fee of R500. I also assume that with this attitude I am also going to be charged extra for delayed return after they branch manager failed to make contact with me to provide direction on the life threatening situation I found my self and family in yesterday. I will wait for them to finish they admin and realese the hold deposit and I will take it from there should there be unnecessary charges. How can you even have gutts to charge a client handling fee costs for car rented out with worn out tyres? I tried opening a mymo plus account online sometime last week , no one has called me . The experience online is terrible the system does not even acknowledge if you have completed the process flow . Nothing that you get as a reference that indicate if you are finished .It leaves one puzzled . The only reference I got via sms is the one on the screen shot below. It is only a number which I assumed is linked to my application with no explanation of what the next step is on the sms. See screenshot below. image.png
So in December my bond went into arrear status due to change in paydates , its was bed=hind just for days and I coought up as soo as I realise of what happened . Looks like in this period it had accumilated interest on arrear balance . The bank called and made arrangement for arrear amount no one never mentioned the interest on the part on the arrears 2 months later I am sent an email telling me about it . Why 2 months later , do these people not know how to read their own systems . This is very bad for business for such and old oraganisation. When you want feedback you wait for ever with no response which show me they are still searching for answers what a joke
