I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance Julian David assisted me with loading funds into my card. He was friendly and efficient.
I'm typing this review whilst sitting in the Spur at Cape Gate..... I've now been seated for 20min and no one has even come to ask me if I wanted something to drink or anything...I'm now getting up and leaving.....VERY disappointed!!!
This is now the 2nd time my deposit gets "stuck" and doesn't reflect in my account.....the 1st time they sorted it out but this time I'm not being helped on the chat....I wait so long that the chat times out....how do I get that deposit into my account now???to them it may not be a lot of money but to me it is....
After trying to get Old Mutual to pay my late father's policy out to my mom I eventually turned to Hello Peter as it's been 1year and 8months following my post on Hello Peter the consultant finalized the claim within a week thank you!
Today my mom "lost" her Dischem shopping package and the security at Cape Gate assisted her empathy and helped her retrace her steps via video footage and this lead.to her bring able to retrirve the lost package where she left it. Thank you to the wonderful security staff!!
Had the buffet...very disappointed in the new rules regarding items that are starred all of sudden that you are only allowed to have once. Secondly the chef dumped an empty stainless steel dish (that the salmon was) in next to me while i was having lunch. Then to top it all off i ordered my chocolate spring rolls that arrived without chocolate sauce when i asked about this i was told they are out of stock on the sauce....seriously disappointed!!
Its been 1year and 7months since the passing of my father....to date after multiple attempts via email and phone calls Old Mutual has not paid out my father's life policy, which was paid by him for the sole purpose of assisting my mother financially should anything ever happen to him. Our financial advirsor as well as my mother who is a pensioner has tried via phone calls and email to get Old Mutual to pay out what is rightfully owed to my mother. The incompetence of such an 'established' company is unacceptable. The public needs to consider this before considering to invest at this establishment as we have had no feedback or ANY assistance. The emotional toll this process has taken on my retired mother who lost her husband is so unneccesary and I am peturbed to say the least. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable for a company as Old Mutual!!
Pathetic service and the food was really not nice...
I am utterly frustrated with Nedbank being one of the largest banks in SA...all i want to do is settle my debt...but no one can assist...
I had trouble with an online purchase that kept declining and eventually phoned takealot. A wonderful lady called Thandeka Nxumalo answered and assisted me. She was supposed to have left for the day but kept assisting me until everything was sorted out. A hue thank you to her and compliments to Takealot for the wonderful staff u have.
