I have a house in one of their complexes they are managing. My account is in arrears and is handed over to attorneys. Currently I am paying the services and was busy sorting out the arrangements with the attorneys. In February they did cut off electricity for my house I also did payment and I was waiting for the attorneys to give me go ahead where they did that today but blue dot properties says they rejected the amount I am committing to pay. With this matter where are our rights. If account is handled by attorneys, why does the balance appear to blue dot properties and also deal with attorneys. The attorneys can they track or manage that accounts. Blue dot properties did cut the power of my house. What will happen if I have someone who is dependent on power machine?
I subscribed with webafrica for evotel fibre December 2020. They gave me some forms to send to the body cooperate. January I received an email from body cooperate that the infrastructure will start by April. Around 1st September fibre became life. I requested connection and they told me that my subscription is with evotel not Metrofibre(contract installed fibre in our complex). They said I can cancel evotel contract and take contract with Metrofibre which I asked to do it. I returned their router. The installation for Metrofibre was free but now they say I must pay for it. I received an email today saying I need to pay and my service was suspended since Friday night 28 October 2021.
I have put a claim for a geyser on the 21September 2021. They have send two different companies to do inspection ant the last company gave me a quote which I have sent it to outsurace. They told me the quote is above the limit of R10 000.00. I requested a pay out till today They have not paid anything.
I applied for a upgrade on my cell phone contract around 12th of March 2021. After two weeks I made followup and they said they waiting for stock. Then after another week I called they told me that A31 is discontinued so they have A32 but they still waiting for the stock and said they will receive stock the following week. Yesterday the 23rd of April 2021 I received a phone only find the A31 that they said they don't have it anymore. What should I do with this A31 since I waited forever for a wrong phone.
I cancelled my data line in the first week of October 2019 and by the end of the month they deducted for two lines, the data and a cell phone contract. I am surprised to see the bill which more double the amount for one contract I am left with
I was not aware that dstv did not receive my premium on August then suddenly on the 20th of September my subscription was suspended without any notification. When I call customer service they can't answer my questions and say they are going to escalate the matter. There is no contacts to talk to price lock department.
I bought parts for my Mazda 3 which is cradle, stiffener and a grill. The salesman they don't have them and he called their supplies. He gave me prices and I paid the amount including courier. After two weeks I called to ask where is my stuff, that's when they told me that send them because the price of a grill is no longer the price they gave me and after my call they send the other parts (stiffener and cradle). I need that grill and buying some other parts I need.
I took a home loan with fnb which I was paying by debit order from my cheque account. I had to close that cheque account because I had a debit order with a company called DFP since June 2017. On October till February it was showing that the deductions were successful and have the remaining amount in my account as shown on the bank statement. DFP said the money was reversing I logged a query around May 2018, I am still waiting for answer. After closing my cheque account I moved my salary to a saving account. I normally do transfer to pay my home loan as I haven't done the debit order forms. Since May 2018 I noticed that some of my money disappear from my account. I have deduction called "set off" which is unknown to me.
I took a cell phone contract costing R299. I was charged R399 in August and now this September they changed me R597. They added R130 for 1Gig data on August and another 1Gig for September. I bought this phone for my son who says he is using the 200 airtime to buy data. I don't know where is this 1Gig goes to and why because I never had requested it.
I took a data contact with cell c of about R299 on July. I called the customer service on August to set the limit for R300 and the said it will be set to R350. Now they charged me R809. On the app it shows the limit is R500. I am very upset about this.
