We stayed at Seasons Golf Leisure Spa last night and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. This was nowhere near the standard one would expect from a property of this nature. Firstly, there were no deck chairs by the pool, making it impossible to relax comfortably. On top of that, there is a massive ****** problem with absolutely no visible security managing the situation. ******s were digging through open dustbins while staff simply walked past and showed no concern. One of the ******s even scratched my arm, which is completely unacceptable from a health and safety perspective. Dustbins need to be properly sealed and there needs to be active monitoring of the area. There was no hot water while I was showering, and to make matters worse, there was no power throughout the entire night and still no power in the morning. You have a generator — why was it not used? Because of the power outage, the WiFi also did not work. At the very least, the WiFi system should be supported by power-over-Ethernet or a backup solution so that guests are not completely cut off. There was no lifeguard on duty at the pool, yet there are strict “no diving or jumping” signs displayed. Guests were jumping and doing backflips into the pool with no supervision and no staff intervening. This is a serious safety concern. I specifically booked a large double bed and was given two single mattresses pushed together, which is not what I paid for. The two single mattresses made it very uncomfortable to sleep as I could clearly feel the divide in the middle of the bed. This is not what was advertised or paid for, and I expect compensation for this misrepresentation. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was loose and I nearly fell off in the morning. Basic maintenance like this should not be overlooked. Breakfast was very underwhelming. There were very limited options, and you could only get scrambled eggs — no option for fried, poached, or omelettes. The scrambled eggs were cold, with nothing properly keeping the food warm. There were also no dessert-style breakfast options like pancakes or waffles, which are fairly standard at many establishments. To add to the frustration, cleaning staff were loudly talking outside our room early in the morning, waking us up. There were also very loud guests after 23:00, with no apparent noise control or enforcement of quiet hours. The Illy coffee shop on the property did not prepare coffee freezos the way they are made at other Illy outlets, which was disappointing and inconsistent with the brand standard. Having worked for Flight Centre Travel Group for 10 years, I understand hospitality standards and guest expectations. This experience fell far below acceptable levels. Recommendation: The pool water was extremely cold and needs to be properly heated to make it usable and enjoyable for guests. Overall, this stay was not worth the money paid, and significant improvements are needed in safety, maintenance, service standards, and overall guest experience management.
I could not view the Mike Tyson vs Paul due to NetFlix not catering correctly for the stream. Unacceptable and we should be compensated for not catering correctly. This was human error.
Vox accidentally cancelled my service 31 July one whole month early. Took them 5 days to get internet backup. Problem now is come end of August when it is suppose to be cancelled it is not and I got billed twice for August. Called Iris Tuberrey at Vox who is dealing with my query and she assured me it will be resolved does not return calls.
Shocking service from customer support. They couldn't even give me reference number for my query. Signed a 3 year contract with promotional 2 gig data and it has lapsed now at 2 years which sales consultant said it would. Sales consultant said I would just need to call and they would re-activate it. So called today and they have no record of it typical. No matter what I say they will not re-activate it. I have asked for the recording pretty sure I will not get them. Don't sign with Vodacom go some where else.
My UIF was paid into my account 3 weeks ago. Standard Bank froze my account to verify where the money came from. UIF sent the necessary documents to verify and they still have not unfrozen my account! It is absolutely ridiculous! I have called standard bank five times, nobody is taking responsibility! they keep promising to call me back and that have escalated my concern, but nobody ever gets back to me. This is typical bank tactics to keep the money so they can earn interest on my money!!
Requested a refund for an uneconomical washing machine to repair. Still waiting for my refund for a month shocking service. reference number: 3102006585. Samsung called me a said refund would be done and still has not been done. Samsung said they would call me and follow up with me and still no phone call. What a joke.
Samsung uses Umklomelo Electronics and IT Solutions (Pty) Ltd as there repair company. My Washing Machine was uneconomical to repair as part they brought did not fix washing machine. Requested a refund mid month and they said they could only do it end of the month. It is now the 8th of the new month and refund has still not been done.

My credit is not getting done so my account keeps getting suspended. I have sent numerous emails and spoken to numerous people and no one is taking ownership. My wife works from home and is affecting her business and I would like to be compensated now as they keep suspending my account. My account number: **********
