i had a dashcam put in with cartrack.Then all of a sudden it stopped working i couldn't track my wife it says data is up i must load.I didn't know how or where to load data and how much it cost. They just installed camera and left,my wife drives a dangerous road famous for hijacking and smash and grab. I mailed them and explained this and asked them please to explain to me how and where i load data because nobody told us nothing. 6 days later and 4 e-mails they still didn't make an effort to contact us and explain,and my wife is driving like that to work and i can't track her. They dont care or worry and service sucks,that is now the camera department i'm talking about
i took my car in on the 2nd of march to have top gasket replaced and got it back the 8th. When i got there there they took my car for a test drive but didn't close my bonnet and it went open and broke my windscreen which they replaced but my bonnet has 2 dents one on each side which they didn't offer to fix although it's their problem. Then they told me my tappet cover is cracked and it wasn't cracked. So when we fetched the car we came home and parked the car. Monday morning we went to work and after a while i went to the car and saw oil leaks on the ground. That night we took the car to my personal mechanic that works on the car for 6 years already, When we opened the bonnet the bonnet was full of oil and my car has never ever leaked oil before,so my mechanic said he can see where it leaks,they mstv'e tighten the tappet cover to much and hurt the gasket or cover. Now i must buy new cover but there was nothing wrong when i took it in,im very dissapointed. Lady that helped me was Shannon. 0713835584.
today 5 june my wife rode into a pothole 50 metres away from BP garage and stopped at garagge for help where she was refused help,female manager told her she cant help her but theres 8 jockeys available and no cars at pumps. we have been filling our car there for the past 3 years every week but they cant help her really,so my money was just good enough to fill up,why does it say service station,was it so much trouble helping my wife really. That female manager didn't even bother to help my wife,i spend R115,200 on petrol but that they like. It's really bad and sucks.
I opened a box of jungle oats and found 2 maggots inside plus moth nd oats were stringy nd full of clumps,the BB date was for march so it was suppose to be right.i send them mail with photos,nd they gave me details to fill in which i did and now they dead,i sent 2 more mails bt no answer.

please don't make use of otis ever,it's the worst company i have ever seen. i stay in a block of flats where there is a otis lift and a lot of old people. the flat has 7 storeys. the lift stays broken and its broken on/off for 5 years now. they fix the lift get in car and 2 days later it's broken again. i think their staff is incompetent to fix lift. they always have excuses but can't fix the lift,they don't worry about the old people and that they stuck and can't go to the shop. it's a disgrace how they work,they not even worth one star but only a minus.
Hi, i am staying in Alcor Place now for 6 months and this lift has been broken more than it was working and otis don't care. They come fix it and 5 days later broken again,we as pensioners can;t walk 7 flights with groceries but they don;t care. They come here measure broken part come back new part wrong measure it wrong really,this is now qualified people. The lift broke again 2 days ago,last night a guy came out looked at lift and said he doesn't know whats wrong,now what now,it's no wonder they let cubans come in. I can't understand there's no time to fix problem first time but there's lotsa time to do it over and over and over. They leave us stranded,they have no clientelle and dont worry. They shud actually get NO stars.
my wife bought a phone b them that doesn;t work so we phoned,people on other side is so ***ken stupid they cant help me really,if im salesman and sell couch i shud know whats it about but these black people kno fokkol and phone is still not working,first thing they say is bring back why sell a dutt first and show sthing please man. cash crusaders gets zero
This is no second time,i buy data via internet banking and then 4 days later i still dont have my data. I phone my bank and the tell me its there cell c must just take it and clear it but they dont,they are pathetic really and if consultant cant help you they cut you off. I send them sms from my bank to show them they just keep on babbeling like parrots. Really service sucks im cancelling,wish i could give halve star.
I wanted to upgrade to compact. I phoned them to find out how many xtra movie channels i get so they said 7. I then said its fine but when i checked i only got one. So i phoned and consultant blame new staff for it,but i want to know dont they get proper training and how can they lie to customers so i down grade to my old one. This was not cool to lie to me.
