Activated my free trail after a month and instead of getting 24hours as promised I got 30 mins and told I'm a cheap ass I want a free days TV *** who deals with clients this way.
Once again a whole 45 mins wasted with your call center. I tried upgrading via your self-service WhatsApp yesterday and the app said the upgrade was unsuccessful i then paid my original package thinking i would call in today to fix upgrade on the phone because i could not get through then last night at 23:00 you disconnected me and didnt even upgrade me i then cheked the app saw there was an oustanding balance for an upgrade that your app said it was unssucessful. i paid the balance then still nothing happened i paid extra because i knew you were going to charge a reconnection fee. the call centre agent said my package said Package pending removal i then requested a refund because thats bull**** i paid for a service i didnt remove it
Been trying for 3 months to get a solution as I fell behind on payments and eventually got some help a month ago then I sent in my documentation but now it's 2 weeks and no reply or communication. how can consumers #WIN if there is no service to help?
3 weeks now no parcel received after taking a week to verify like im a scam artist after i took a subscription already. The new product i wanted is still not with me and i received no feedback from their **** customer service agents
After trying to deal with big world mobile over a faulty phone and contract many times i tried sending icasa emails and called many times and no help received clearly no one cares about consumers rights not even the authority
Worse experience and services ever 1st they do not adhere to cpa rules and now block my sim for no reason i had 4 different phones same model and brand sent back and forth because of so called manufacturer warranty but no seller responsibility no contracts sent to me as promised only dedutions on my account every month for a ****ty phone and when i wanted to cancel they want to charge me. Icassa is just as useless no point complaining to them they do not care about consumers either. Dtay away from big world mobile and blue label connect and telecoms biggest ripoff ever
After consulting with Netflix I was informed that Telkom Sa had a promo where I can try the services for free for 3 months total to the value of R419. I searched on Google found the voucher redeemed it and thinking it was working I got disconnected after a week. Then tried contacting Telkom no help just Googled the voucher again and it happened 3 times over 3 weeks now I went to look for the voucher link again and it's gone. Why promote something that is not working.
Been 3 weeks since I sent in a claim for change of circumstances and still, no one has contacted me to make arrangements and the way forward my creditors have already been calling me I thought DB is there to protect me against these type of actions as the times are tough and we need help. After almost 4 years of never missing a payment you guys are leaving me out to dry
I just had my last R132,00 deducted from standard bank been back with standard bank for 6 months now and today the reason I left before was made clear. What is this hounering fee I was never informed about this not once I thought I'm signing up for a R5, 00 a month account which sounds good when they pitch it to you and I understand yes there are other transaction fees for swipes and withdrawing cash. But this is another way banks like standard rip you off the worst thing is I don't know how much I have lost already this is a horrible experience especially in the current situation we find ourselves in
Worst customer service ever. My Dstv now app has been down for 2 weeks now and there is no one to talk to or have knowledge on fixing the issue then you charge so much for features you don't have if it's not a bad signal its overcharging customers.
