Since my last review. My items have been collected as they accepted to end contract. I paid the 3rd months fee. On my itc they still claiming I owe them, after they have all proofs of payment. This is ********l to be able to list someone and not remove it after all proofs have been sent, and item was sent back before the time, and i still honoured the 3rd month payment even though i had no use of item. This is my worst experience of this company. I have sent it to the consumer ombudsman.cant destroy peoples credit record for no reason. Their namr is all they have.
I have been utilising the courier guy for 10 years. But this incident has been dissapointing. Its been weeks that I reported an item that got broken and was supposed to have fragile stickers on. Arrived broken and no stickers. Nobbody is sddressing this, after email upon email. Think there expansion has list their customer care, which makes a company great, now its just a customer number. The item belonged to my friend that passed away the beginning of the year, was not just an item.
I have not heard from teljoy not via email, nor whatsapp, cellphone lines are terrible in rural area.
I have always had a great experience with Teljoy. This time its about my account. I have sent all proofs of payment, the go list me for arrears after all proofs have been sent. The rudness of the collections lady and I emailed supervisor and did not respond and just listed me after I sent all proofs. Account is since october, November and I said I will pay Decembers account to come. This is not right.
For months we have been canceling my husband's subscriptions. We called. We sent a written confirmation of cancelation, we called we sent products back with the courier guy, all was delivered. We gave threatened to hand over to lawyers and yet they keep taking debit orders for products and policy. Endless calls and tet they choose to bully and commit ***** to the one on the cellphone calls and still no progress in cancelling as he cannot afford the products anymore.Mr AL Naumann
I have been with mtn wifi for a year no issues. Obtained a second wifi no issues. Now every evening we have no internet at all. Yet I must pay for a service every month
After moths from previous review. I kept getting emails and asking which account. Sent screenshots of cr card account and nothing was resolved... Terrible service and diacrimatory
Havana Grill in Durban at Sun Coast. Is my favourite romantic restuarant and the food is always superb and the service.
Closed my credit card that has not credit. Due to a campaign to close them. I wanted to renew it as it was expiring. No consult nothing. Banks do what they want. FNB has been a no go bank. Service of assisting your way forward in business and personal. Disgusting.
They have excellent food quality and an awesome vibe. With a beautiful view of the ocean.
