I cancelled my month to month fibre subscription and I was even given reference number as confirmation. To my surprise, I have been handed over to a 3rd party for Collection because some idiot decided not to do their job. Telkom please fix this
On the 20th July 2024, my wife and I went to Bradlows Southgate branch to buy a Conti 300w Power station, which was on special, for R999.97. We were given two options since they didn't have it at the store or any other store for that matter. Options were, either delivery at a fee or collection at Bradlows Ware House. We opted for collection, Tuesday the 23rd July when I’m off. Cool, paid and was given a collection document signed by Eugene, branch manager herself. Today, 23rd July , on the day of the collection, I’m being told it’s sold out and there is no stock anymore. What kind of BS is this? I paid for this product, got a slip and agreed to collecting it today. Why was the product paid for not reserved?
What a bad experience I had with Debonairs Lenasia South. Prudence, the Manager and Olwethu were so rude. We placed an online order at 19h00, 2 hours later the order is not delivered. We called to do a follow up, oh man, was a terrible service from the 2 ladies
I called Telkom sometime last week and a lady by the name of Nokuthula Embani or Mbali, not too sure about the surname. The service I received from her it’s uncalled for. She was rude and ended dropping the call because it was her time to knocked off. Today I Telkom to find out the process to follow it one wants to relocate the fibre. Guess what, same lady, Nokuthula answered the phone and yeap, she dropped the phone again. Please train her on customer arrive and how to handle customers queries.
m very disappointed with Mercedes Benz The Glen, Service department. I took my wife’s car for service yesterday, 15th January 2024. Before taking the car in for service, I marked all parts that need attention for service, to see if they’ll be replaced or not. Took pictures and off I went to Mercedes The Glen. Guess what, everything is still the same. Meaning they didn’t touch the engine for service but yet they claimed or got paid for it. A email was sent to the Service Advisor about my dissatisfaction but I’m being ignored. Bad service at its best.

Hi, I recently opened a Mr Price Home account, approved and collected my card at Mr Price Home Northgate. I requested my account to be a 24 months term contract so I can pay less because of affordability. To my surprise, account is actually a 12 months contact and can't be changed to a 24 months unless I pay it off, close it and apply for a 24 months. What a lot of Bs service I'm getting. Had Mr Price Home consultant done the right the first time, I would be typing this complaint. Trust is, I can't afford to pay the minimum required payment for 12 months but I can for a 24 months, which I requested before using the account. Regards, ****a
