About a month ago, I requested for my private role account to be downgraded to an aspire account. Also requested for my savings account to be closed. This was done nearly a month ago. This morning private banking piece were deducted from my account. I can never get hold of the banker as he blatantly tells me that he is mostly on the road and almost never in the office. This is the exact reason, that I have been busy moving my accounts to another bank, are used private wealth to have access to a private banker, however this private banker is never available. I’ve been paying bank fees and getting absolutely no assistance. As I am in China making use of a private banker for me is essential, the service that I was promised and never offered. I need someone to sort out this issue in these bank fees to be reversed so that I can be charged for the aspire bank fees that I requested for the downgrade. Please email me. I had a credit on my account due to a faulty unit not working for 3 months. The credit was for October, November and December 2023. Another credit was given to me in January as a consultant at tracker updated a call logged and did not follow the correct procedure. This morning i received a refund to my cheque account for an amount of R 643.54. What is this for as i did not request a refund on my account. The credit was suppose to remain on the account. Now i don't even know if my account is in arrears. I am in China ao i would need a consultant to mail me. Not call me on my SA number.
I logged a call about 2 weeks ago regarding a vehicle that tried to push me off the road. The consultant that called but never spoke me updated the call that I said everything was okay and that i would call back later. I never spoke to them as the call came through but lasted 12 seconds with no one on the other side of the call. I requested the recording but i have not gotten anything for the past 2 weeks. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for a service at Haval Boksburg. The service i received was beyond amazing. I would drive double the distance to visit your branch than visit any other branch closest to me. After being fully booked they made an exception for me and managed to squeeze me in even after being fully booked. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. Your branch should be used as an example.
It takes forever to do an application. My application was approved and then all of a sudden decline on an income of R99000 per month before deductions and R92000 after deductions. Pathetic that customers have a call you to check and follow up on applications. I would really like to know what the qualifying criteria is as R92000 is not even enough
Do not use this company I enrolled with them in May 2023 - June I wanted to cancel and get a refund as I will not be able to make it back to South Africa for my exams due to my contract, being restructured with my employer overseas. I was told a bunch of lies that their t’s and c’s regarding refunds were disclosed to me, however, they are unable to provide any proof thereof. I have lodged a complaint with Ombud as well as the department of higher education in regards to their ********* behaviour. Do not use this company you will lose money
The worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. From being **** to, to spending the last 3-4 months sorting out an issue with the vehicle’s roof lining. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I have never in my life experienced such an incompetent bank in my life. i applied for a credit card with Nedbank that was approved. I submitted documents more than 10 times. Pre agreement was signed and my card was ordered. Only to get a message this morning that it was declined without having the opportunity to supply the addition documents they needed. With an income of R160-R170 K per month i wonder what the pending criteria is for Nedbank, Do I need bad credit to finally qualify? Poor, unprofessional and disgusting service.
