Terrible service from drivers - drivers not calling, canceling deliveries for waiting less than 30 seconds. Not able to reach the company, or driver Vernon.
Company never informed about 1500 call out fee, broke my gate and said they would be back to repair it but never returned. Called them numerous times as well as email and have not had any assistance. Would not use or recommend the company to anyone. Paid for service that was never delivered and left in worse state than when they arrived. If you are seeing good ratings or reviews regarding the company, I would really consider the source of the review and compare with all the 1 stars seen for full picture. They broke my gate, billed me, then never ever came back to repair. They tell you they cant do anything call the manager Nicole who never answers her phone or calls you back. They took the money and ran, spent 5 minutes working and broke the gate. Total Scam, save yourself money and having to go legal routes to get traction. I honestly dont know how half of the staff continue to work for these scammers, the first warning should be when you get to the site and there is no pricing, They come out and bill immediately, R1500 call out lol.
Terrible service from Timberland on Whatsapp support. Tried to deal with an issue I was/am having, but spent over 60 minutes waiting for feedback until I gave up and closed the site/cart.
Have been a customer with Sportscene for a long time, however when there was an issue with my account and I needed assistance I was not able to get any. Sportscene has not moved with the times, specifically the Pandemic and do not have systems in place to validate customer data remotely in a secure manner. Instead, you are expected to go in to a branch, since Sportscene has not thought about doing things over Video Calls or Client safety. To validate you are who you are, you will be asked to go in to a pandemic which may or may not impact you and family in the long or short term, with Sportscene offering no Liability for putting customers at risk. This is not customer focused or putting the customer first.
SPAM calls, calling multiple times a day. not saying anything.
Game Stores Canal Walk - came to pick up a repaired item,got to customer service and there is 1 person who can assist with returning an item to a customer. The person who is meant to assist is on lunch. So there is no customer service available because 1 person took lunch. Supervisor at customer very rudely tells me to either wait for an hour or come back tomorrow. I also work and if the company I worked for is not able to function due to 1 person being on lunch the company would close down. Really terrible service from game canal walk and specifically the supervisor at customer service.
<p> I filed a claim with Standard Bank Insurance. </p> <p><br />Getting assitance, feedback and any movement at all has been more painful than pulling teeth.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have included claims department management in my emails and complaints but this has not achieved much.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regret ever working with this insurer, just the lack of feedback, assistance and understanding has been sad at best.</p> <p> </p> <p>Things are dragging so much, I am looking for finance from another bank to get an additional car while I wait for SBIS.</p> <p>Next I will look at closing all my accounts and moving away from SUB-Standard Bank all together.</p> <p> </p> <p>Had to five 1 Star as there is nothing lower.</p>
