Ordered pizza waited for more than an hour, kept asking when is my order going to be ready only to find they did not have receipt and the attitude of ladies at point of sale terrible rude
The helped me very quickly and the people are very professional. Very impressed with the service
Hi,I bought a dress last week for my sister,but its too big.I then visited Potchstroom mooi river for return on the 20th November for refund.The ladies told me the don't have enough cash on the tills i must come late or tomorrow. The following day i went again for refund i was given same story, they only have 400 rand available in the till,I must come on black Friday, people will be buying, so they can refund me.This is disappointing service,firstly its petrol to get to the mall and secondly how can the shop return customers back. something needs to be done we cannot accept such treatment and this will my last time buying from the store
On Saturday, my uncle went to buy a case of the castle and was turned away by a man who works was standing at the door. He told my uncle that he must not bring dusty bottles they must be washed with soap and 100% clean. I then went to hear what the problem and I were told the same he refused to take them telling us SAB has told them they don't want dirty bottles. I am still disgusted that is not customer service. This happened at 14 Gold street Carletonville.
Dissaponting service from Avis car rental,I used their car for a month I fetched from Potchstroom branch as veereinging branch did not have cars,so they refered me there and then and month later I returned the car in Veerening branch. Few days later,I receive a call that the tools are missing and two dents on the car. Firstly, why was that car not checked when i dropped the car and fetched it.I was told tools are placed under the seat.Maybe this is just my bad luck but someone is not doing their job I mean the are cameras to investigate. I did not get my 1500 deposit and now I am threatened to pay 2300 more otherwise legal action will follow.This is fine i will pay you guys but your service is disgusting and I will never ever use your service,very unprofessional.
I am disappointed with the service from Makro Veerening, We bought a bike from the store and had a problem with the bicycle paddle that keeps falling out each time. I went to the store and was told they can only exchange or refund in 14 days, in my knowledge I thought it was 30 days. I explained that this was a gift and only reach us over the weekend, but I was told by them, sorry nothing can be done for me. Despite that the service was horrible the ladies have no respect for how to speak to customers they are so sarcastic, I was treated like I was in the tuckshop with extremely rude staff. In short, I will never buy from any Makro and just told my colleagues of my experience and I DONT WANT THEY APOLOGY OR REFUND.
Hi, I went to the builder warehouse Vanderbijil park store to purchase boards for wardrobes the cost was 2675.00. I was told I can collect in two days. But then I receive a call from a man , telling me that they made a mistake the boards that I want are the last in stock and someone purchased them. I should take the whiteboards as a replacement with the same price.on 11/10/2021 the store tells me who did I speak to because I will have to add money on the boards available. I am so disappointed with the service what a waste of my time and energy.People are so dishonest to a point where we are pushed not to visit the store.I am speechless , the store doesn't care about the efforts that customers make to their store and this is emotionally draining.
On 23 November i took my Polo Vivo car for 120 000 service at Vw Klerksdorp,when i left my car i indicated my air-corn is not blowing cold air if they could check it for me.The following day which was Saturday, i went back but i was told workshop doesn't open,cos i realize my air-corn is not working and its even making grooming sound,so went back on a Friday.I asked the manager why my air-con is not checked or any feedback on the problem,he said they could check for me but i need to pay around 900 for diagnosis because i was not charged for aircon and clearly vw did not check.my argument is i brought in my car i specifically indicated the air-con problem and the lady wrote it down and vw themselves didn't even picked it up during servicing the car, but my argument is i paid 6400 for service,so why would i wanna pay again while it have been included in the services.i am not happy with the service ,that's clearly show vw incompetence i would not service there anymore after 6 years of using your branch.and my manual was damaged by water no one explained how my service book fell into water and it was not even stamped and filled in. You guys don't satisfy customer but put money first.
I bought canon photo print machine,with free bag and its a year later i have not received the free bag because the were out of stock . I have been to the store and I am sent back that i must wait until i get a call.its a almost a year later here is Canon Selphy Bag reference number (0251/171219/0506)
<p>I Bought photo album on monday and price was 99.00 and i realised when i got home i was charged 139.00 same as kids water bubbles the price was 5 rand but i was charged 7.48 this is not good to mislead custumers like that esp when it comes to prices</p>
