Ordered food with UBEREATS from Nando my order was the last order before the store closed the driver collected my order on the way to me to deliver he cancelled the order and commented on the Uber Platform that there was no one to collect but the driver didn’t call nor make effort to arrive at the gate and the order was cancelled by the driver. No refund was given back to me, no food was taken back to the store, no food was reimbursed to me by UBEREATS nor NANDO’s Blue hills, Midrand. Till date none of them have made an effort to reply to my complains and issues regarding the order of +/- R500
Bookings.com caters for ****mer accommodation hosts on they platform and neglect complains from clients condoning acts of hosts ****ming clients through the bookings.com platform. Be careful of the TEN ON LANE accommodation the host is a ****mer and bookings.com condones such behaviours by turning a blind eye to clients concerns and terrible experience. The host of Ten On Lane is a ****mer and we booking Ten On Lane using Bookings.com and found a unhygienic, dirty and unbearable accomodation with so many problems within the first 10minutes of our stay and cancelled our stay with the host and requested a refund. We were told the process for refunds would only be done the following day as it was late at time when we arrived. We were given contact details of the host to communicate with him I called him the following day and he mentioned that he’d get back to me after he spoke to the lady that was on duty that night. It’s been a week now and he hasn’t been returning my WhatsApp texts and has block my calls from the last time the matter was address. This was reported in the bookings.com app as well and bookings.com has not acted on responded on my complaint. The conditions of the property TEN ON LANE 1. The Noise is unbearable 2. The place smells 3. The sheets are torn and dirty (so unhygienic)considering my sinuses 4. The basins aren’t clean 5. The host took us to a different place when we got to the venue stating that they use the other place with in Dorp when this one is full, only to find the place in a bad condition and extremely of lower class compared to TEN ON LANE what had been sold to us on the [link removed] app we were then taken back to TEN ON LANE stating that we’ll be given an available room that was reserved for before us. 6. People randomly barged in unannounced and knock at the door.

This site Alora is a **** I’ve since make and order and paid in February 2024 and I still haven’t recieved my order. I requested them to cancel my order and I still haven’t received my refund. Alora for Men even further decided to no longer answer to my texts and calls ok WhatsApp as and proper calls.
Checkers mall of Africa is embarrassing! The security’s are rude and the search your trolley when you leave the store unnecessary, that’s so embarrassing. It’s the same as shopping at a township supermarket or a high risk areas. When I asked the security “why they searching it’s embarrassing” she responded by saying go shop at Woolworths if you have a problem. Very rude

Worst service ever! They have hidden costs that they don't mention. And make you pay for size exchange when they the ones that made a mistake. They sell small cuts on some shoes and don't mention it when buying. Then charge you to swap them. They charge you for refunds. And the only of they shoe's are short lived.
Debonairs Pizza Blue hills shopping center. My partner and i got robbed in the heart of blue hills shopping center inside the Debonairs pizza waiting for our order. This occured are 6pm a man came in the store and snatched my partners iphone 11 from behind us and ran. I immediately chased him he jumped in to a car waiting outside the store. And i decided to continue running to the gate of the center shouting that the security close the gate by there was no one there. After all that happened as we were trying to call cops and block important stuff. Only 1 security came to us asked what happened then walked off. Fedilty is securing that center and they security guards are visible neither are they active they useless. 3 days later i went to the center and found out from the waiter at Debonairs that 2 days after our incident another customer got robbed the same way in the store. Be careful of blue hills shopping center you not safe there with or without the useless fedilty guards there. They job is to tell people to stop smoking cigarettes in the center instead of focusing on the task they give yo make it a safe place. The Debonairs there has so many camera but they apparently dont work when the investigating officer requested for footage.
Dial a bed San Ridge shopping center is the worst after payimg for my bed and pillows they made me pay delivery and told me that i couldnt take my pillows they have to be delivered as they under 1 invoice. Secondly i have to sleep on the floor for 4 days as dial a bed had promised me that they take 2 days to deliever after paying. They delivered after a week!!!!! The sales person *Victor* from San Ridge branch kept lying over the phone each time i called saying " the delivery is coming today" each day i called. Including a lady from the head office. I demanded my money back so i could go shop elsewhere and they refused saying they dont do refunds. The worst experience every with Dial a bed.!
