I've ordered 1 × SJ617 Multifunctional Touch Screen Phone Bag Single-shoulder Bag(Black) but it is too small for my Ultra phone, so I've returned it via The Courier Guy. It was delivered on the 13th March but still haven't received my refund.
Items returned at my expense after I confirmed cancellation by email on the 21st of February. Got confirmation that it was delivered to Cape Masia Leather on the 23rd. No refund received yet. I sent the invoice, proof of payment and bank details as they asked. According to their return policy, refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days.
I filed a ***** complaint on 16/01/2024 with FNB Debi Card Dispute. The bank advised that they would respond to my request within the next five (5) business days. After that 5 days I visited the bank to find out what happened to the matter. There I am informed that it takes 30 and not 5 as stated in their letter. Well 30 days have passed and still no feedback
I've received the following email from NCUBEIC: Your Mbombela Municipality account has been handed over to Ncube Attorneys for legal action, Kindly note that you are required to settle your account within 7 days of receipt of this notice to avoid a possibility of further legal action or having your services terminated. I've paid the account but when I checked the account number I found out it wasn't my account. I'd given them the correct number and asked them to transfer it to my account number but no feedback.
Ordered 3 pill organizers @ R135 each and paid R405. I've received only one cheaper one (R108) together with 2 items that I didn't order. Sent all back. Was only credited for one (R135) after emailing the invoice and contact Takealot via phoning.
I'm still waiting for the order that I didn't place to be picked up so I can be refund. Candice emailed me two weeks ago regarding the address. I immediately replied to the mail. I've tried calling them but they directed me to their email address which nobody responds to.
Never purchase any pet products from Petheaven with a credit card because once they've got your number they send you stuff without you ordering any and deduct it from your card. I've purchased dogfood in September 2020 and on the 1st of December 2022 I've received food again without me ordering any. The R525 was pending on my FNB bank account. I've launched a dispute/fraud claim and stopped my card on the 2nd but never the less the money went through on the 8th. According to the bank I had to launce a complaint with Petheaven because they couldn't help me. I did several time with no results.
Items were to small. With-in a week it was collected and I was refund.
I've placed and paid for goods, order #27098, on 23/07/2021 and still haven't received it. I've contacted them several time but with no response. I've asked for a refund but still nothing. The tracking number on the order is untraceable.
