placed an order, charged but it wasn't complete. called to complain and dealt with call centre, told voucher will be sent......I wanna know what happened, why was the order incomplete
22 October 2025, We were flying from East London to JHB, upon landing the plane jerked and stopped on the tarmac. We were stuck inside for 2 hours, the plane couldn't move and some leak caused it to not be towable to the terminal building. It was hot as they could turn on AC, no water offered, poor communication, it was just a mess. Apology from the crew is just not enough, we or I need Flysafair to acknowledge the distress caused and publicly apologise.
The Tuks - UP Piazza outlet Hello, My daughter just relayed a story of such disrespect from one of your ladies at the counter. Unfortunately there were two and she didn't get the name, of the two that were there at 10h10 this morning(28 August 2025), she is the taller one with eyeliner. The story is firstly she was speaking fast and she asked to have some options repeated which ticked the server off, then at the end she says she will choose for her which my daughter refused saying she is still thinking, this lady then goes on to say "cos clearly you don't know these breads, I will choose a nice one for you", my daughter refuses and they have back and forth and she decided to not even buy from your establishment. People can have opinions whether you think a person knows doesn't know, neither here nor there, she must treat customers with respect, answer questions politely and an exchange can be made. The rush was also uncalled for as there were literally no other customers. I didn't want to traumatize her by asking her to go get her name but I am infuriated. and Apparently there's been complaints about this lady. Use it don't use it guys but I'm put off and I am not the only one.
I am at a loss and even considering ombuds. I moved out mid-may, inspection done before that month-end. I was told deposit payback should take 2 weeks. When i next call after june month end, i was told water had to be charged, the next time it is meeting with my file has not happened. It is now 7th of July and I haven't even received the bank form to have deposit paid back. What must a person do
I am on here looking for reviews as I am looking to buy a mattress and wanted to review one i bought 20 years ago. I used it for 15 years straight and then relocated and only use it on holidays when I visit family. I was worried that as a heavy person I could never find a compatible mattress. I was stressed that a payment which was to correct a missed debit order didn't go through. The guy who took my call could have just easily have activated new debit order for new month but he advised that the remaining days of February be covered and calculated a prorata fee. So pleased
I have paid for subscription and now am unable to verify bank as they do not have capitec, why are these verifications not done before money is deducted? I have been emailing and no response
I had an FNB credit card, Long story short I lost my job and the account was handed over to collection lawyers. My frustration now is I have an arrangement on this debt via lawyers/debt collectors but the old arrears amount is reflected on credit bureaus. I want to find out if the arrears amount can be removed and the outstanding balance reflected instead. I need assistance either from FNB or GL attorneys.
Reconnecting to rain was easy. I had stopped the service due to moving to an uncovered area. I had issues with being reimbursed since 2020 but you know what i just decided to pay the amount reflecting as owing and just reconnect cause what is life without data🤷🏾♀️
I have been looking to receive an account closed letter from MBD regarding an old debt. I called earlier in the month and after a number of tries over days, I was told to email contact@mbd.co.za. It has been two weeks and still no response...... I am at my wits' end as I need this prescription letter.
