If I could give more stars, I would! What an absolute pleasure to receive a package from these guys - I was kept informed every step of the way, up to the point where it told me that the driver is 5 minutes away. I'm really pleasantly surprised by their service!

Is anyone else having an issue with Loot at the moment? I placed an order on 3 October, the lead time was end October, which was fine. Then I get told that an item is holding up the order and it would be shipped 7 November... Then somewhere in November, I get 2 of the 4 items ordered and get told that due to them moving warehouse they are unable to locate the other 2 items... I have been emailing for updates, getting reference numbers saying that they have received my email, but no update on the other two items.
Well, what a surprise I got today when I placed an order and Checkers sent me a SURPRISE GIFT BAG with some groceries in it! I will be paying it forward, but really, I am so impressed!! Thank you, Checkers. And keep up the good work with Sixty60!
I received an email from Ubereats, about 20% discount off chicken items, valid until Sunday, 29th August 2021. I placed an order with a chicken outlet on Friday, 27th August 2021. When I started placing the order, I could see the discounts in the basket, but when I finalised the order, the discounts were not there. I contacted Ubereats support and they kept asking me to send a screenshot of the email I got. At first, I attached the email and then because they kept asking me for a screenshot, I attached the email and sent a screenshot, on Friday afternoon. I get in this morning, to another email, asking me for a screenshot. So I send it again. Then I get a reply to say that the offer had expired. So I lost it and replied, I had placed the order on Friday 27th, the offer expired on Sunday 29th so they need to resolve the matter. I find their service appalling. I’ve got a good mind and never using them again. Has anyone else had issues like this?
I would like to share our consistently good experiences at Café Gitano, Pavilion, with everyone. The staff are always friendly, the food is amazing, the prices are good and the vibe is very relaxed! We always have a good experience when going there – whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Please do pay them a visit – you will not be sorry!
I needed to find out who installed the fibre in our area, so I sent an email to Afrihost. They pretty much immediately emailed me back, giving me the details that I required. Very impressed with their service so far!!
I did a survey last week, for 25 points. the points were not added. I sent them an email, to which I received a NOT READ receipt almost immediately. I did that about 3 days in row, with the same thing happening. Then I went onto my profile and sent them the details of my query in the contact box. I have not heard from them at all. There is no contact number anywhere and my points are still not allocated, almost a week after i did the survey.
I'm actually writing this review for one of their employees: Samke. I had lost my credit note from about a month before and she assisted me with retrieving the document. She was super friendly and very helpful!
