Such excellent customer service from Tokai branch staff Ukyo in Tech dept to Eryn and the point of sale as well as the manager. They all helped in solving my mistake initially with such a positive attitude on boxing day nonetheless. Well done to the staff as mentioned above
Trying to get an issue resolved with social media team and Constantiaberg branch is becoming a joke. There is no call back and you can never get through to the branch
Did in store purchase 21 Oct and asked for all goods to be delivered Monday 23 to which lady said fine. Got home later to find that the discount was not app**** for special. My wife went back on Sunday 22Oct to rectify matter and in the process the delivery of said special price items were removed from our delivery . Monday passed by with no delivery and upon numerous calls to call centre I was told that delivery could be any time between 08h00 and 18h00 with attitude. Tuesday 24 I went into store and explained this situation to Yusuf the manager at Constantiaberg branch and was assured that delivery would take that day and it finally arrived at 15h00. Upon checking all the items today 25 October the carpenter pointed out that 2 of the hollow doors are warped. I once again called the call centre who also cannot get through to the branch to inform them of the issue with doors. The call centre lady assured me that she would call back within 1 hour but have not heard anything after 2 hours. Please advise
My bank account has been disabled and have tried calling prestige bankers via call and email to no avail and am currently sitting in the branch in Noordhoek. To add to issue still waiting more that 3 weeks for Wills dept and Home loans to contact us about an issue.

Disappointed after having a new Bosch Dishwasher delivered to us on the 2 August via insurance claim, only to find it seems to shock you ever so slightly when touching it. We logged a query on the 3 August and received notification that a technician would make contact with us. Today we called to follow up and try and escalate the issue or have another new unit. We were told that they were going to allocate to another technician tomorrow which is totally unacceptable
