Guys, why are you so pathetic. You have a business that can make millions. I have been struggling 7 weeks to get my line activated through your infrastructure using Screamer as my ISP. You still saying 14 Spruyt Street, Parkdene, Boksburg is managed by another service provider which was vox but the previous tenants cancelled, I have their cancellation confirmation from VOX. Activate my freaking line!!!!!!!
Most frustrating experience. Moved into a home with the previous tenants using Vox Telecom. Vumatel infrastructure, everything installed. Previous tenants cancelled their line effectively 1st of June 2023. Vox sales person assured me I will be activated within a week (Ronny Mo***eng), escalaled the query and a week later no fiber activation after getting manager (Kobus Coetzee) involved, still not activation. I provided photos of the installation and previous customers cancellation note to VOX to expedite the process, still no activation. No one is responding to my emails. I contacted another ISP and it was confirmed that an active line exists at this address, Vox did not cancel their agreement with this address relating to previous owner's with Vumatel thus no one but Vox can manage this infrstructure? The morning of the 12th of June I received an e-mail from Randy Mabotja requesting proof of address and cancellation from previous ISP to effect installation?????Is there no sharing of info amongst employees???? Duuuudes this line was managed by you guys with your previous customer and after I provided all the info regarding the infrastructure already being installed... Activate my fiber line please. Spoke to a consultant (Miche) not sure about the name spelling, really really rude person. Could not direct my call, does not know whats going on, and tells me there is procedures to follow, could not get any feedback...Yes Miche I know but it cant take more than a week to activate a fiber line that was active with yourselves by another customer with all the necessary infrastructure already installed.... Vox please get back to me asap.
The worst service you can imagine, ordered a fiber line 6 weeks in advance to a location that already had an ONT installation and router, Provided previous tenants cancellation form from the previous ISP. Still not connected, always come up with excuses. Then the wanted to install witeless connections...these people just want to make con you into making addituonal money. Stay away!
I applied for fiber in my area where WebAfrica's website indicated I do have coverage. I completed my debit order details and the installation and admin fees was deducted from my bank account on the 22nd of August. This morning I requested an update from the whatsapp chatbot and it indicated order placed with TT Connect, at 13h55 I received an update that states,"Oops an error occurred invoices are still unpaid, please pay the invoices before the order can be placed" I have spent up to 3 hours "chatting" with 3 useless individuals to no avail...nobody can tell me whats going on. Please contact me and resolve the matter. You guys are taking money but not delivering a service. I e-mailed you guys as well at support@webafrica.co.za which the e-mail just returned"This email is no longer in service". What the hell kind of circus are you fuys running and calling a business?

I ordered a medium box package kit from boxes online, paid expensively for shipping, the terms was 2 -3 days for delivery. I have not received my package, after 2 days I inquired and the agent said that it was accidentally rerouted to Cape Town, I am based in Klerksdorp! How the hell do you guys get that wrong! Please inform me about the package. I need the boxes by the 20th of July, if not I WILL cancel this order. I think you guys are a scam.
A while back CAMAF changed their requirement of the network memberships for members to include nominated GP's. I missed the deadline to submit the names due to work commitments and Camaf applied the latest network GP's used. My dependent is correct but mine is not, I sent a mail on the 14th of January to update mine, I received an e-mail stating and confirming its updated. Today the 25th of March I went to the pharmacy to collect my medicines and they said that the prescribing doctor is not nominated. How can this be when CAMAF sent me a confirmation e-mail? Is CAMAF the Chartered Accountant Medical Aid really this incompetent? I need my medicine but no, CAMAF wont pay AFTER THEY CONFIRMED IT HAS BEEN CHANGED. This is pertaining to a policy my mother has with them 092379200 I submitted a claim on the 20th July my mother passed away, I registered the claim the lady said she will send me the documents to fill in and what is required but untill this afternoon I have not received the documents I phones back but now they say there is no policy??????? Please Hollard phone me back I need clarity asap
