The refund process is terrible. I don't know why there is not a button for this so that you don't have to keep begging the agents to do their work and give you feedback promptly. I basically have to beg Vusi Sibisi for feedback. This is really frustrating.
Absolute hogwash that they assume that everyone gets paid on the 14th in December. They debited me the last money in my account a whole week before i get paid, Imagine the inconvenience and yet they are still asking for heaven and earth for me to get a refund which i also have to wait for. Im done with this **** im cancelling my policy

Takealot doesn’t do enough to hold its suppliers responsible for their after sale service extended warranty or not. There is no way their supplier can take over a month to repair something. Im really disgusted by this
Disgusting after sale service. Never buying this brand again. My lawn trimmer which I bought from takealot has been with them for a month now for repairs. Its disgusting that it been gone this long
Its been a whole month since I requested a refund, I have tried all channels to get my matter escalated. I will never ever buy anything from Samsung online store. what a terrible company.
I have been trying to get FNB downgrade department to call me back for almost a month now, i even laid a formal complain but that did not work. im really considering leaving the bank all together at this point
It has been 3 weeks since my claim and no word from them, i call them every 2 days to find out the progress of my claim but every time I call its the same story that the quote was not attached to the claim. I have not seen such an incompetent branch. my account has been frozen for 2 weeks by this branch with absolutely no explanation besides "instruction from SARS". My cheque account has been frozen for 2 weeks now because of a transaction from a business property sale, It is believe that SARS claims that the business owed tax hence the account is blocked, what i do no understand is why is my entire account is blocked and not the transaction where as the property is linked to my father and not me in anyway. this is my primary account and this is where my salary is paid to and where my debit order goes off. i have my salary coming in in 2 days and when it does i will have absolutely no access to it seeing that my account has been frozen. The branch has made no attempt to return any of my calls regarding an update, every time i call them its the same story that they are following up with SARS. I have been living of my credit card because of one transaction that should have been stopped before it even came to my account. This is a major inconvenience as i eventually had to shift my salary and debit orders to another bank. i don't want to deal with FNB anymore, my premier banker is even more useless as all they tell me is they cannot do anything on their side. i want this thing over and this account closed im done with this bank
