Pathetic service from Ms Thandie Cetumane. I am waiting 2 weeks now for the her ( my relationship manager) to provide me with forms which she promised.
It's more than 3 months and they still cannot close my account. I'm supposed to have an account manager by the name of Eugene Maseme. He is useless. He doesn't communicate. Despite written request to close the account they still keep it open and charge fees of R550 per month.

They always supply the wrong parts. Salesmen aware that customers dont always keep their receipts. They offer to sell the part on your behalf as they cannot process a refund. You will never smell your money. Besides the time and effort to run around to exchange it for the correct ones.
There is an unsavoury practice taking place with my medical scheme. Blood test that are performed in hospital are paid out to the pathologist and charged against my out of hospital benefits rather than against the prescribed minimum benefit. The argument is that the doctor needs to motivate each time why such additional test are required. The doctors don't have the time for this. I haven't visited a doctor but my benefits for the year have already been used up. Is this practice ethical and inscoordance with consumer protection laws?
Pathetic service from received from Mr Maseme of Private Clients suite. Their phone systems goes round in circles so you get transfered back and forth.
Lancet Labs are a useless organization. They dont provide ur results on time. Their billing system to Med aids is pathetic and this is sffects us as patients negatively as we have to police what is being billed by lancet to the Med aids. However, the services are being prescribed by the doctors and we have no control or knowledge of it until the Med aid rejects it. Often they do not bill properly and we land up having to pay for their shortcomings.
Pathetic service, way too overpriced. Dont care about their customers. I visited the Brooklyn store in Pretoria and spoke to the manager to enquire about the inappropriate packages that were sold to my wife and daughter. his response was how was he expected to smell that my wife ran a business? we were not expecting any refunds , just wanted to ensure that we were being properly serviced with appropriate packeages, however he was not prepared to fix any shortcomings. we have no option but for the contracts to run their course but bye bye vodacom.
I recently purchased a phone X from Vodacom Brooklyn. After 2 weeks the phones touch pad became fauly casing my phone to block as a result of the phone (doing its own thing) submitting incorrect login details. Brooklyn store took forever to recognise the problem and made me wait for over 10 mins to book the phone in which i didnt do as I could no longer wait. This even caused me to miss my appointment. Thye did not even offer a loan phone. I eventually handed it in to the branch at Reds Mall. whi also did not have aloan phone handy. As the phone is still relatively new I now suffer the inconvenience of not having a phone for "up to 3 weeks" . As a long standing customer of Vodacom I expected better. It is so difficult to get to speak or write to their customer services dept. Regards Preeyalata Soma
