I opened a can of their Gold Cross Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk and it is clearly darker than it should be and tastes off (significantly off). I'll keep it in my fridge for a week if Netle wants the evidence/sample.
I manage my mothers' bank account and have Power of Attorney on her account as she is in frail care with dementia and recovering from a broken hip. My phone was ****** so I went to the Alberton City branch to suspend the account equipped with the bank account number a certified copy of my mother's ID and my ID . They will not suspend the account as I do not have a bank card with me, as per the supervisor in the branch. It took me a few days to get my cell number back so I can use my phone. Then I can register for the app. So I drive from Alberton to Centurion to do the face scan process to register the app (the only option available). The face scan does not work. So I phone the helpdesk. According to them the only option now is to take my bedridden mother to the branch in Centorion. No other solution available.
I wish I could cancel my Vodacom SIM-only contract. In my area (Alberton North), there is terrible signal strength to no signal strength.
No updates on problems. They wait until you phone to sort problems out(They cannot read an address). Then you hold on to 8 min to have your call dropped. Then hold on for 17 min and give up.
Used them a few times. Going out of their way to help.
I moved my elderly parents' insurance from Integrisure as I could get it for half the price. I canceled the insurance with a signed (by my father) cancellation letter email to Integrisure. Only to find out later that they are still taking money from their account one year on. I spoke with them on the phone and explained that my parents have dementia and cannot make these decisions anymore and gave them my contact details. They keep on trying to get hold of my parents to get permission to continue the Insurance with them and keep taking money from their bank account. 7 months later and still got no money back from this greedy company.
My left front speaker was damaged while my vehicle was in there care and they will not take responsibility for it.
I have a R50 rand limit on my 3G account, but Vodacom charged me R1471 for additional data for my March account Invoice number - B ********** 53 On 26 April they admitted that it was a fault on their side and they will refund the corporate account by R1392. Query number - EC-0CI6-1FM1DT It is now 19 September and all I hear is excuses about processes that need to be followed or that is not in place. I am waiting for almost 5 months now It looks like they want to use corporate bureaucracy to wiggle out of paying
