I was offered a Credit Facility by Capitec bank and i was convinced that it will work for me, so as soon as the money finished i have been paying well i, i have texted them on whatsApp to make arrangement's to decrease my installment because after all my debit orders am left with R6000.00 of which i have to pay rent, crech for my son, petrol and groceries of which i explained to Capitec and they told that the system cant assist me even if i make arrangement's they refuse to assist to reduce my installment.
Telkom has not been deducting their 2 months monthly subscription and they didn't call me to make arrangements I only hear that I was being handed over to their lawyers for collection and I was shocked because my account there is always money for them to collect. Instead of calling me to make arrangements nothing and am so disappointed at telkom for a bad service.
One of the consultant promise me that I will receive a link to choose a gift till today I haven't received anything.
Yesterday I purchased 2x ribs 400g plus 2x chicken with 8 hot wings in lichtenburg then when I got home in mafikeng we were given only ribs no chicken and wings I was so disappointed at the order. I will never buy food there. Two of my colleagues who ordered the chicken they don't eat ribs due to tonsils now they have to giveaway their food.
I called Hollard to request my policy schedule and I spoke to Pitso and he promised everything is ok but when I received the schedule to my surprise my mom policy is not growing and I called to find out and the lady promised me to call compliments department of which I did but they haven't came back to me. Thus so useless of them not to email
I bought a Mitsubishi asx for the lady called Cynthia in 2020 but after few days I complained about the tyres of which they replaced and after some few months there was a problem in the gearbox that I complained about and they wanted me to come to Johannesburg and I reside in mafikeng but I incurred the petrol however the problem just comes and go and every time when I tell them am told I need to bring the car in Johannesburg of which I did and the service guy drove the vehicle even the manager drove the car and felt the problem but they claimed the car only needed the tyres but the problem doesn't go away. I think they sold me the car knowing it has problems with the gearbox now they told me it's over 2 years there is nothing they can do and the 2nd hand manager left the company so I have lost.
There was a scam on my account and i contacted the branch to notify them about my problem and i was asked to block my card and go to the bank to replace it with the new one and when i found out that i was not alone and now they are charging me R70,00 for a new card and R80,00 for investigation.
It was my 1 st time I use intercape bus but what I saw was so disappointing indeed. I arrived at bus station in nelspuit at 11:00 am so that I can be on time, the bus came around 12:50 pm and no apology nor any announcement was made that the bus will be late. On our way to Johannesburg passagers who were sitting at the back next to the toilet they found out that the toilet was not in good condition and the message was relayed to the driver and the bus assistance but they were rude and they will even speak Portuguese so that we dont hear them. Intercape has lost me as a client.

On the 10th September I settled my car finance with ABSA vehicle now the problem starts when I need (Paid up letter), i called ABSA last week and i was promised that it will be sent to me after 3 working days of which i have waited for more that. Why ABSA cant it keep it promise. I have request ABSA to email me to mokonopi***mail.com but nothing. What a useless bank
