tred to order a tv stand from their Montague branch yesterday sales lady i spoke to said would email quote had to call today as no quote arrived Lady i spoke to said would email quote which she did( a screenshot) how come cannot email proper quote ??? the screen shot did not show any banking details How do they do business???
i had just bought a chery tigo 4 last month yesterday open the bonnet for the 1st time to check and it would not close could not find road assist for Chery so called AA. i only found out then that the AA handles the Chery assist within 30 mins an AA man was there and sorted it out Really a pleasure to give a compliment for a change
the passenger window in my tigo 4 pro was broken into last night in Sea Point i called 2 or 3 branches of Chery in Cape Town and none of them had stock Eventually the Century City branch called and said they could order and it would be delivered on Thursday and would cost about R1,300 i then called Glassfit and they had the window delivered by 2pm for R900 so it ha been fitted What disgusting service , sorry i bought t a Chery NEVER AGAIN

I have had a personal account with this bank for over 30 years. Every month a deposit is made to cover the debits. This month i forgot to deposit With the result that the debits were reversed . It seems it does not matter if you are a customer in good standing of if you have had an account for a long time. when i queried this I was told that they have no control and if account is overdrawn the debits are automatically revered I would like to find out what their mantra of "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" applies here what a disgusting way to handle a customer
i have used dot sure call centre twice to arrange a tow from Rustenburg to Johannesburg and the yesterday to jump start a battery in Cape town both times very professional and efficient
iI am doing this on behalf of my wife (as she does not have an account with you). She has an active bank account with Discovery Bank. A while back she received a notification that if she spends R2500 in a month, she will qualify for 2 free entries into the Discovery Lounge at O R Tambo airport. She attempted to redeem these. After speaking to 4 different agents, and being asked to hold on (just for a few moments) - she got nowhere. She was given 2 different reference numbers for her queries (20241577 at 13.49 on Dec 2nd - and 20322555 at 17.59 on 5th Dec) - each time the agent said that THE AGENTS ARE 'LOOKING INTO " THE PROBLEM. . She was assured that someone would call her back. So far she has received nothing. This is blatant false advertising and false promises on the part of Discovery Bank
I was at Randburg on 8/11/24 where a lady Happiness Mavimbela helped me, she passed a credit for an overcharge on the October statement. My payment for November is R1247 but she told me if I sign a new contract this amount would be reversed. I signed a new contract with her She said that she can only pass a credit for this on the 16th November this is when the contract ends. She said I need to come back to Randburg for the credit to be passed. It is ridiculous that I have to travel all the way back to Randburg for this. So, I had my 1St live chat with DSTV on the 16th. I was told I could not renew the contact because my contract ends on 22/11/24 I called a second time and was told I Can renew the contract and have the R1247 reversed on the 22/11/ 24 or 23/11/24. I had a live chat today to try and sort this out After spending a long time trying to explain what I wanted with Reitumetse Gaolaolwe who do not have a clue what was going on She finally told me I could only renew on the 23/11/24 I must have asked her 4 times if this can be done on live chat The answer was yes. I asked for a ref no so that I would not have to go through the whole process again, but no ref number I am not surprised that DSTV is losing so many customers. They do not have a clue what is going on. One last thing if one looks at their statement you have to be a brain surgeon to understand
