****med by Flexi Drive, Renting a damaged car using wrong information - Do Not acquire a car through them
In short, never acquire a car through FlexiDrive. In Sep 2025 i saw a nice Toyota Corolla from JanSevMotors rent to buy - clean as per pics and going for R7600pm with unlimited km and 36month to pay - Good deal. Fast forward in Oct i went to get the car, when i got there the km on the car were 100000 more than the km advertised to mention a few, contract was showing different amt with different km and terms, when i asked on record the lady said its wrong they will fix as its late - they delayed me until its few minutes before closing. I didnt even know its financed through flexi drive until 2 weeks later when i waited for the correct contract..i was taken from pillar to post until a copy of what i signed was sent 'have whatsapp conversations proof' when i enquried i was told they will fix it until i threathened to open a ***** case and selling me a car using false information i.e. Km on the car were manipulated between sale and when i got the car with more than 10000, premium up from R7600 to R9300, annual km limitations from unlimted to 25000pm or 2000kmpm, term changes from 36month to 60 month, our agreement said car is mine after 36 month their changes said i will return the car after 60 month, to my suprise the deposti was paid by the dealer even though i have not seen POP. I eventually called flexidrive sent them all evidence and they cancelled the deal and promised to deal with JanSevMotors as they sold me a car using wrong information, few weeks later the car was collected by JanSev and case closed. To my suprise they tried deducting R9300 from my account and failed today they sent me sms from Velile Tinto saying i owe R45000. Be careful of this people, once they have your information they will do everything to get your money even when there is no deal, i am taking this up with my lawyers, opening a ***** case with damages and i will definately create an anti-campaign against them. They waited for few month thinking i would have lost the evidence by then and boom i got it all. They asked me not to open a case or report to ombuds and they will deal with the lady directly so they work with dealers as underdogs to lure customers into getting cars. To all those who want rent to buy please even if you are stranded DO NOT GO TO FLEXIDRIVE DO NOT!

1st for women granted Telesure my POPIA details without my permission violating my right as I get over 40 calls daily
I took a policy for my car fleet from 1st for women on the 7th April, following the miscommunication or misrepresentation from their staff I cancelled the policy on the 12 April. To my suprise since then I have been receiving average of 40 calls everyday from Telesure saying they where given by 1st for Women who I never granted permission to share my contacts with anyone. This is a serious violation of POPIA punishable by law and disregarding my privacy and violation of many rights. This has to stop if it doesn't I will lodge an official complaint with the relevant organisations

Made withdrawals on the 14 today is the 22 not yet paid?
I made 3 withdrawals on the 14 Dec of R11k, R1.5k and R2k until today I have only received the R11k withdrawal. They keep on hiding behind the 72 hours time frame which have long passed, does someone divert the withdrawals into their account? There is no withdrawal that can take over 8 days, something is fishy here - I need my money immediately into my account!

Rude consultant who can't even listen
Spoke to a rude lady who never bothered to even listen to me after I called for payment arrangement long time ago and I was told things are fine and even given reference. Your phones are still new and you can come collect them & cancel the contracts if your consultants will speak to me in that disrespectful manner.

Unable to get a loan statement for years, tried all avenues to get it without luck!
This is my last hope to get feedback from standard bank. I had called endlessly without assistance, I had sent tons of emails with no response. Should one really had to go through this to get a mere loan statement? I have a feeling my loan term is over and they continue to deduct from my account

Line not taking or making calls and cell c is giving me an attitude instead of resolving
My number can't make or receive calls. I called cell c and spoke to the first gentleman who dropped the call on me. Called again now and spoke to Sibusiso who failed to assist me and hanged the phone telling me that he can't talk with me for over 10 minutes. My phone can't make calls and I need to use the dial up to open the gate, I have been stuck at the gate for over 5 hours now. I am paying over a R1500 for this 2 contracts to receive this kind of service! I will not pay for this contract they can take their phones back!

Unauthorized rather early debut order from cell c which was not agreed upon
I got a phone on contract. We agreed on debit order for the 20 and without hesitation cell c went onto Mt account to try and debit the amount on the 12 May. When I call I'm being told the system says debit is on the 20 and this resulted in unpaid fee fine if R105.. Y account cannot stay on the negative and cell c must refund this amount immediately. I called them a call was logged still no response, I send emails no one is responding. It's either this gets fixed or I ll block the debit order!

Claim approved, then rejected and failed to return my policies!
Terrible that my claim was rejected after it was approved, such a terrible experience. They even failed to return my premiums!

Gave my claim attention after 3 weeks, Approved and Rejected it same time. Snakes who just want your premium but fail to pay for claims
My policy got cancelled because I claimed for a Rim damage twice in a space of 6 Month after paying for the policy for years. They telling me that they cannot approve a repair of R1050 yet I paid more than that in premiums, they took 3 weeks to give my claim attention and failed to honour their contract after initially approving the deal. Be careful when taking this product from Motovantage/Motorite. Snakes this ones, they want your premium but when you claim they are telling you stories! Being rejected for a claim because you claimed twice in a space of a year where my policy entitle me to such a claim? You are warned be careful. Rather save your premium for rainy days than waste it with them! This Allison guy, very unprofessional and heartless!

Taking 6 days to lodge a Rim & Tyre Claim😳 car been stuck for 6 days while waiting for a claim to be registered!
It's been over 5 days today trying to lodge a claim for a Rim Repair, until today no one gave me a call. I had sent endless emails. They mark the Tyre & Rim Repair as an urgent immediate repair yet today it's been almost 6 days without assistance, my emails are just read not answered my calls are also not answered
