They fail to update the credit bureau and it shows missed payments. I have a poor credit score ever since I have an account with teljoy. This is pathetic. And customer care DO NOT CARE!
Absolutely dissatisfying experience. Our company imports items about 3 times a year!! NEVER EVER EVER have I dealt with LOA applications and NCRS issues...... until we used DHL. I was informed that my package was being detained by customs. The have informed me that I have to apply for a LOA which will cost me R2045 and take 3 MONTHS TO BE COMPLETED!!!!!!! In the meanwhile I can apply for an affidavit to get the stock released but were still not allowed to "tamper" or sell MY items! They keep on sending me different documents that is required to complete the process. After completing all requested documents and obtaining tests reports from our supplier, I RECEIVE AN EMAIL, wait for it.... "This case was not sampled for NRCS inspection". DHL has caused me to lose customers!!! Cost me thousands of rands!!!! I still have not heard anything from them after I enquired as what has to be done next, No one is taking my call, phones are just ringing, people talking and laughing in the background you could even hear kids playing/screaming. I am shocked by the service I have received. This is unbelievable. When you phone the call center to complain, the specific gentleman a spoke to just refused to listen and transferred my call to another agent. From my negative experience with DHL, I would like to say that Nnunu Ruele Kekanetswe Ruele (DHL ZA) <Kekanetswe.Ruele@dhl.com> is the ONLY hardworking employee that is trying to help and keep DHL customers happy. She deserves an increase. As for the rest, absolutely pathetic customer service. I WILL NOT EVER IN MY LIFE USE DHL AGAIN! EVER!
Moenie deel met die dokter nie!! Sy is skelm en steel mense se geld! Sy het ook op die dag van my kind se geboorte bloed getrek waarvoor sy GEEN toestemming gehad het nie. Ons behoort aan 'n mediese fonds en die besoek aan my kind op die dag van sy geboorte moes ek kontant betaal het en terug eis by die medies!!! Sy het my private rates gecharge en sommer vir 3 dae wat sy my kind gesien het in die hospitaal maar hy was net eenkeer gesien!!! Na hoe lank se gesukkel en smeek skree die pideater op my omdat ons nie verstaan nie en gooi die foon neer!!!!!
Much dissapointed! They hardly respond to emails you send and do not pay out claims that was paid cash for!!!!!!! Poor client service!
