They accept your order online, then phone you and tell they don't deliver in your area. If you can't deliver don't accept orders and waste our time and money!!

I've paid up my account and sent my paid up letter on the WhatsApp channel but still they said it's not paid. I confirmed with ABSA that it's paid now they listed it on my credit record. Also takes very long to reply. Can someone please assist ref no 993847 talking with Lucinda.
Why should we go to Hallo Peter in order to get a response from you?? This morning I spoke to Brion Olivier who stated that I will receive the confirmation letter today. I sent 2 follow up emails requesting the letter and still nothing. Why do you tell me you are going to send it and not reply???
This is my 3rd review of your **** service. How long does it take to calculate the tax on my withdrawal???? I have sent all of the forms that you requested and still nothing. My previous employer confirmed that it shows in progress on your side. Do you need help with this calculation??? I have been calling, sent emails and even went to the Centurion branch for assistance with the withdrawal of Momentum Funds at Work. I explained to everyone who I engaged with that I am currently unemployed and need the funds urgently as I will be homeless too if I can't pay my rent at the end of this month. It seems like there is no humanity in this company thus I have decided to be the homeless person who will stay at the front gate of your premises protesting each day with all of my proof that you simply don't care. I have already lost everything so i don't really care what happens to me anymore. This will be the last time I try to get my message across to you.
I went to shop.vox.co.za/vox/connectivity/check to see if there are any options available at my address. According to the Vox website there is 4 Connectivity options available. So I signed up for the Fibre to the Home option on 29/06/21. Very excited to be connected. Just to receive a email today 19/07/21 after numerous emails asking when will I be connected informing me that order cannot be advanced due to the fibre network in my area or complex not being available yet. According to me this is false advertising, why does your website state there is connectivity options when there aren't????? I have screenshots and proof of everything.
I received a withdrawal of membership from Mujeeb Bray which I did not request. I replied to his mail however no response. This is frustrating, when they want to sell they are quick to phone but when we have questions they they don't reply. I will cancel all of my policies at Discovery because of this!
I started a chat at 12:15 (2021/04/30) on the App to close all of my accounts. At 13:27 I was connected to Khanyisile and requested that I want to close my accounts. The banker was disconnected. At 14:13 I was connected to Avishkar and requested again to close my accounts. Once again the banker was disconnected. At 14:41 I was connected to Itumeleng and it is now 15:05 and I still don't know if the request was sent through to close my accounts. This bad service is the reason why I'm leaving FNB.
I did a direct eft and requested that my account be updated. But nothing. No reply, no update, nothing....
