Why is there a default on itchy fortune 2025 for acc 6517 when i have never missed a payment? Can you explain? This info will stay on my report for 6 years. please fix it

I have paid my cell c acc. Nimble is holding me up. Cell c cannot update my profile as they are waiting for you. I have tried contacting you on numerous occasions and it is a blame game. I paid i to your account 6 months ago. What is so difficult to give cell cwhat they need to update my account to zero. Please refund my money eyes if you cannot do that. Cell c is claiming non receipt of funds. Sort out your issues or refu d me my money. I am really tempted to go to Ombudsman. What happened to treating customers fairly? If my issue is not resolved this month ..I am going further up. This is so annoying.
