I rented a property for a period of 2 years via KW Eden (ACT Property Management). At the end of the period, when the owner decided to withdraw the property, KW Eden had to return my Deposit of more than R26300 (inc interest). They only repaid me R19857 although the reconciliation showed that over the period, I actually paid R1600 more than required. They claim that their bookkeeping system - WeconnectU - is correct and refuses to do an actual hand reconciliation, which I did provide. They went as far as to add invoices to try and recon their errors and thus just added more ******* items. I speak for numerous tenants who have had the same experience with ACT / KW Eden
They sell a product that is inferior - Mi Tv Stick the worst product ever - overheats and restarts hourly - it's totally unstable - DON'T BUY!!
I ordered and Paid R900 for my so-called 5G router and access- 3 days down the line and I still have no internet and the call centre keeps opening tickets - I think that there is no coverage in my area although they claim coverage, therefore, sold me a fraudulent contract
On the 5th of May, I booked a ticket - George to Bellville departing @ 2:45 am and arriving 8:45 am to attend a meeting at 16:00 and stay over at a guest house in the evening. On the 6th @ 12:15 pm, I am informed that Eldo Coaches will be fulfilling the charter and must arrive 30 min earlier therefore 2:15 am The evening @ 20:05 they send a message that there MAY be disruptions I decide to rather be early and arrive @ 2:00am in the cold rain at the Pickup point - 4 Saagmeul St, George Industria, Railway Station. I SAT THERE TILL 5 AM NO MESSAGE OR INFORMATION AND NO ELDO COACH - Even the security guard remark that "They are very late today" I had to move my meeting as well as cancel my guest house booking and pay R250 cancellation fee. SO - I am out of pocket of R850 due to the nonperformance of your subcontractor.
There so-called support with specific reference to the Change of Ownership department are absolutely inept to do this simple electronic transaction. So I get a decoder from a friend that is better than mine (I am an existing subscriber) - we complete the Change of ownership form and send it off with all the required documents and this is the response.... Enquiry Reference Number: ********** Dear DStv customer, Thank you for your e-mail. We apologise for the delayed response. Please send us the fully filled in new owners form and the new owner must accept the terms and conditions. Awaiting your response. Kind regards, Nikiwe Ngwenya
I bought a KIC Fridge/Freezer Combo in 2016 from Game. It works perfectly but a couple of days ago I had to move the unit forward, only to discover that the whole chassis is collapsing onto itself. I reported this to KIC/Whirlpool ********** with pictures etc. The query was initially logged with Giovanni but since then its been bounced to Mthunzi, Ederies, Carmelita. The last reply is now that I must pay for a callout for a technician at R598 but ths is a critical chassis failure that cannot be repaired. These units have upto a 5 year waranty but they are not honouring the warranty and requires a Proof of Purchase - why? Obviously they will try and avoid honouring any waranty/commitment
Over the last 2 years we as a company has been making numerous payments abroad using FNB online Forex transaction facility. These payments are for the development of software. Not once could we guarantee our suppliers a time that the money would be available seeing that FNB process which cost R285+ per Transaction, takes anything from 2 to 5 days and then they just pass the buck and the time after their initial 5 days could take another 5 days. This resulted in our suppliers to not work before previous payment is received which resulted in us loosing easily 2 weeks of development, every-time FNB's process gets into the business process.
