How do you get a new bin from Pikitup?
How do I get a new bin from Pikitup? None of the listed phone lines work or it keeps hanging up. Very poor for a service we pay for monthly. My bin is over 10 years old now and cannot be used anymore on the trucks since the handle is broken.

RAM Couriers are the worst - wish I could give 0 stars for your service
The Courier Guy and Internet Express provide fantastic and reliable courier services to the Fourways area (Johannesburg). RAM couriers on the other hand are just the worst - never deliver on the day they scheduled to and say they will. RAM couriers are just terrible. I have had more than 5 bad deliveries from them.

Worst courier service out there
Worst courier service out there. Parcels never arrive on the day you get notifications (maybe the next day if you lucky). Same with collections. Impossible to get hold of - don't reply to calls, emails, HP complaints etc. The Courier Guy and Internet Express are both much better and way superior. I'll never recommend RAM to anyone, and I still don't understand why some of customers and suppliers use them.

Noise from THE INDABA HOTEL
6 February 4:00pm - Another noisy party that continued WELL PAST 2AM IN THE MORNING AT THE INDABA (not the nearby rooftop bars as they claim ,,,, what bull). These late night parties are all at the Indaba - at the new facilties at the back of the hotel. Then at 4 am, the packing up starts with trucks reversing (loud beeping), equipment loaded in the back of trucks etc. The same also happened on Tuesday 4 February. So much for adhering to city bylaws. Time to take this matter further and get the authorities and/or lawyers involved. You guys clearly don't give a hoot about your neighbours.

Finrite vodacom absolutely useless
Absolutely useless service and a very bad reflection on Vodacom who insist on usung them for insurance purposes. Practically impossble to get hold of unless you prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes on the phone. Then they hangup mid call and you need to start over again because the agent (Penny) cant be bothered to phone back. Will never ever use them again.

Vitalaire - bunch of lies and broken promises
I booked and paid for an oxygen cylinder for my mom (in East London) on 17 October - to assist in case of load-shedding when the electrical machine wont function. She needs this after just having heart valve replacement surgery. It is now 7 November and still no oxygen cylinder. Numerous phone calls to Vitalaire, and "escalations" of the problem go no where - just a bunch of lies and broken promises. Its clear they do not care about their customers or business. The numerous complaints here prove it too. Would give you less than 1 star if I could !!!
