Good day, I am sending this with the email trail to explain my frustration with telkom. Payments made via their app have not been allocated to accounts and I have now been without service for 20 days. Blocked phone. Not only have each Consultant Ayanda Khumalo, Thandeka and so many more daily promise that my problem will be escalated a so-called Team Leader, Sanele Dlamini promised me that she will resolve my query a week ago within 24/48 hours. Then when I followed up she was on leave. Yesterday I sent her another email following up on her promise, she has the edacity to ask for my statements again. Please note I have now sent it daily with Payments highlighted to the Documents-TM@telkom.co.za and each Consultant I have spoken to. This morning I received an sms threatening me that if I do not make payment, further action will be taken. Sms below: 7 Days Notice:Janse Van Rensburg,pay R2524.25 to Telkom acc in 7 (Seven) Days @ABSA Acc 4074002397 REF:505018069 Tel 0104923448 No communication was sent to clients advising them of Telkoms so called technical problems. No manager has phoned me back or is available to speak to when I call daily. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!! THIS SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE!! Regards Nadia Janse van Rensburg 081 519 7767

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I made a payment arrangement with the collections department, apart from the 20 harassment phone calls daily they ignored the payment arrangement and kept adding on the massively inflated interest rates. The agents obviously do not speak to each other and do not get back to you when you try to extend the loan. So they force a short repayment on you only to trick you in thinking you can get the extended repayment to add massively inflated interest rates!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

DO NOT USE BOODLE SERVICES!!!! I had to urgently make use of their services last year and paid off my account. The loan still reflects on my credit record as unpaid a year later and Boodle refuses to assist with updating the records. I HAVE TO PAY A COMPANY NOW TO CLEAR MY RECORD. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE NCR.
Must agree winnings are few and far between. You have to loose allot and rarely win. Do not fall for all the adverti*****ts, you will loose and keep losing while they laugh at your ignorance.
After waiting almost 30min to be serviced, we finally received our DRINKS. Service was slow and restaurant tables are dirty! To top it all off after we had our lunch we we ordered to leave, i wanted to order desert and we just ordered another bottle of wine when Micheal approached us and demanded that we had to leave as they needed to start preparing for an event. I asked to speak to the manager, when centre events Manager Nadia came over and started telling us how we should have seen the notice at the entrance or looked on their web page. POOR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION IS FAULT???? How do you allow customers to sit down for a meal eat and literally chase them out during their meal???? How do you allow your waiters to speak to your clients in such manner??? Tshepo ignored me when i called him over to explain what is going on? Looked at me like I am insane when I asked him why he ignored me??? WORST SERVICE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! WILL NEVER SET MY FOOT THERE AGAIN AND WILL GO TO SOCIAL MEDIA TI ENSURE THIS PLACE IS CLOSED DOWN. I WANT THE OWER TO CONTACT ME. NADIA 0815197767

<p> I have been trying to cancel my upgrade for a second contract on my name since August as the sales representative gave me the incorrect information. Due to the service calls being recorded I requested that they listen to what was promised and due to this I extended my second contract. I have now logged 5 complaints with the callcentre with no response. Each time I follow up on my query the complaint has been closed with no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and have been paying for this extra contract now for 3 months!! Please help!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
