Beware the whole business containers and transporter is same person business its a **** they will never speak to you on a phone only write emails u will pay them and refer you to transporter to drain you more money on insurance of 25k and 23k refundable once you pay they will come with more excuses.from on the internet everything looks legit
I went to Kempton Park branch to enquire about my contract that is fluctuating the ticket machine was working however the consultant choose to ignore it and take ppl by their judgement I was on ticket S122 and they proceeded to assist tickets S123 in front of me I did not question I was observing how service is provided given that there is no fair play in the store.consultant was on table3

I have cancelled the contract about 9 months ago in writing Vodacom acknowledged my mail and even called me to confirm cancellation, however till date they are still debiting my account for line that is currently on prepaid. when i call line 135 they take me from pillar to post and end up dropping my call. Vodacom contract is easy to get it but terminating it is impossible

Store card declining to make purchase in all other massmart chain stores. when calling their enquiry line 0861002233 they transfer you to fraud department and the phone line will ring 25 min -and 60min while listening to their background songs and after the line just got dropped. 4 attempts different days over these holidays on Saturday 16/04/2022 and 17/04/2022 i have been trying unsuccessfully so embarrassing card decline and time consuming and no resolution.useless store card.
I have bought furniture on 6 months interest free,when they capture records they selected 12 months period with 19.5% interest and they failed to tell me. i query this after looking at the contract they told me there is nothing that they can do. The 12 months period will affect my credit as i am in the process of applying for mortgage and i have told them before even starting the process. The debit orddr date was also incorrect i requested it to be on the 26 of every month and they captured 30 of every month.
I have bought Belmont three piece bedroom suite and it was delivered on the 14/09/2018 after the delivery i realised that this is not what i wanted, i then went to return process and follow the text process on the 15/09/2018. i received automated response stated that they will call me back in 24 hours till date i am still waiting for call back.i called home choice on the 17/09/2018 and they told me that they will send somebody to come and collect the furniture. on the 21/09/2018 they only send the assessor and the assessor mentioned that the cannot collect the furniture as they are not the assemblers. i must still wait for assemblers and collectors. and return period is 14 days.The call centre agents cannot tell me when will the collection be done, as i need to arrange somebody to be at home. my concerns is home choice does not provide sufficient process flow for returns. 1 misleading service level agreement of 24 hours call back after texting 2 Return process not communicated 3 No information on couriers scheduled dates on consolidations as per areas
<p>I have bought a cellphone Ag chaser 2 months ago at Ackermans festival mall. The phone stopped working and charging ,as it was still on warranty I took it to greenstone Ackermans and they promised they will send it to mtn and advise on status till date,I haven't heared anything and the number that is on warranty sheet they are not working it's been 2 weeks now.</p>
