use anyone but dont waste your life and time with MWEB utterly useless
1 start is not deserved, MWEB deserver negative 1 million stars, no help when you call them you will waste your airtime and get no answer, email do not help either, nor does whatsapp. They used to be good but they have become like a state owned institution.

The Courier guys, imbaciles
These guys are the most useless imbaciles you can imagine have jobs in South Africa. They lost my one laptop and after a fight they sorted it out, i forgave them and still used them. They then after some time charged me a huge amount saying that the package that i am to receives dimensions are incorrect, ok fine paid it, i was angry with them and again forgave them, I sent them a email asking them for a solution to not pay these high rates for nothing, the person who answered the email didn't even read the email...imbaciles. Today i get another package that was paid they say they cannot give me my good because of R13, i paid them again they cant deliver it because their antiquated system will take a few hours for the funds to show and yet on my side i can see the funds reflect....i am so done with these idiots i never want to deal with them again...

The Courier Guy, an asset for our business!
we have been using The Courier Guy for the last 4 years, they are a great asset to us and our business and we can highly recommend them! Cost effective and very rarely an issue, any issue where resolved on time.

poor service
these guys where supposed to deliver a Telkom sim card, after 2 weeks of getting sms's from them stating "oops delivery could not be done", they finally came, I didnt have my proof of residence with me so they said "we will see you tomorrow". I then the next day got a call from this company and they lady on the line said "we will deliver your sim the next day", it never came to date. I emailed them requesting information of the branch which handled this package as they instead of delivering it they ended up sending my package back to Telkom, no reply at all, I called this company no one knows what is going on. Poor performance, poor communication, poor service. don't waste your time and be aggravated use someone else!

No service, no refund and no help!
I have in the past had issues and hoped that they would be better this time around. All i can say is do not waste your time with Pc Link Computers! I placed a order on the 19th of July and to dat i have had no items nor refund! every time you email them all they say they will get back to you but never do, I am willing to share all my email correspondence to show you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITHE PC LINK COMPUTERS!

Avoid headaches dont use them
bought some items to be told there is no stock i then reordered and paid a more on other items to be told the exact same then i was told they will refund me which to date still has not happened its been a month now. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone!

poor customer support
cardmachine stops working after less than a month (invalid keys), they state return to buyer but here is the twist, i have a secon machine which is on my brothers name it was working buy the same time the one machine broke the second stopped working too! called they said the 2nd card machine was never active, even though we tested it and it worked.....poor support

money hungry scamming company
Went to hospital and was told before the blood tests that it needed to be paid i did so paid it with my card (they brought their fnb card machine). I paid it in full now i get them calling and mailing me stating I owe them money and that somehow i misunderstood the ampath personnel when doing the payment.

Chire Prop Brits
rented a house from them, they did not fix any problems, roof leaked and drains where a problem and some windows where broken. Six month into the rental contract the owner of the house started building a garden flat to rent to other people, i inquired about this they simply read my whatsapps and did not respond back. i requested a rental contract and nowhere was it stipulated or written that they would do such a thing. i will never rent from them again and i would not recommend them to anyone!
