Withdrawal rejected because deposit was too big
I wouldn't even give them a star, I deposited an amount of 10k from my savings account where I put my money for safety, then won 41k, they rejected my withdrawal and said its a huge amount they need a bank statement for verification, I sent the proof of account and that small statement transaction from my savings but they denied them and said they need an old statement from the savings account, mind you this account was funded via my normal day to day account and doesn't have too many transactions as it's for saving money not using day to day. Even on my online banking app the statement transaction is the same but they refuse to give me my winnings meaning I've lost my deposit and winnings at the same time

I need my R429 refund
My name is Desiree, 3 months ago I made a fiber order for vumatel 20mbps order via mweb and paid R429, I was later told my area doesn't have coverage and vumatel will have to refund my money back, its been almost 4 months asking for my refund but mweb is taking me from pillar to post, mind you I landed a job/ campaign as a work from home data capture and one of the requirements was internet connection with no less than 20mbps, the mweb agent **** to me and said they provide but when I queried they told me to deal with vumatel and vumatel agents told me mweb has ****med me because they don't provide fiber connection to my area yet

Hello am writing this review because am skeptical about signing up with Maxlaw credit, when I signed up they would call everyday to assist and get ahead with all documents needed to start with the removal of my debt review flag, thus month I paid R750 fir the review and was told I would pay R4000 for 36 months to my creditors, a lady by the name of Keneilwe called me and told my banks don't want to involve a 3rd party so I should send her all my bank loans reference for them to be able to pay, I told her to email me or send her Details so that I can send her what she needs but she didn't, this morning I called them 5 times before my call actually went through and I spoke to her again about the references, she said she will text me immediately till now am still waiting. I don't know if they know trying to **** me or it's legit that they need references so that they are able to pay the debt on my behalf

Contract cancelation
I've been struggling to stop cartrack from debiting my bank account, I've sent emails and made several attempts to cancel my cartrack contract from last year July but till today they are still debiting money every month and the debit order is not reversable. Am paying for a service a no longer using

R200 Deposit
Hollywoodbets can do better, with all the money they make am sure R200 is nothing, they can't expect me to fight for my R200 which I deposited and they don't want to refund or put in my account

Deposit not reflecting
I deposited 200 via Capitec Bank on the 28th of April, the money didn't reflect on my hollywoodbets account, I called several times to get help or clarity, I was told to wait till the 2nd of May due to holiday and bank reasons for the money to be paid in my account, on the 3rd still no money, and Ive given them proof of payment and reference from my account but now when I call they cut me off claiming that their portal is not showing anything on their side, yet at 1st I was told the system was experiencing problems on that day and I can only be helped after 48hrs, it's been over 48hrs long time ago but still no help

R200 Deposit
I deposited 200 via capitec Bank on the 28th of April and the money is still not reflecting in my hollywoodbets account, I've been trying to get my money but was told it will reflect within hours or the next day

Mafori finance incompetent
I took a loan from Mafori and a lady by the name of Dipuo told me that I would get R4924, I then told her I've taken my car for repairs and I needed at least R5000 to pay for my car hence am taking the loan, she told me I qualify for a grocery benefit of R2500 only if I opt for their legal services assistance. I agreed and she continued to process the application, and told me I will receive R6000+ funds in my bank account. To my surprise I only got R4924 and the R2500 grocery benefit money was not included I called and was told the transactions are not the same and the grocery benefits will come after, every time I enquire about it am told the money will reflect the following day or later in the day. I've asked them to cancel the loan and I pay back their money but no one is interested to help me with that but yet my installment is that of loan and grocery benefit which I did not receive. And they don't clear your name with creditors. I've had an outstanding cell c debt they said they would settle it and clear my name I asked for letter of settlement to send to cell C they lied for over 3months till today I have not received any response from them regarding the letter

Betway withdrawal
Hello, I have tried to withdraw my betway winnings from the 2nd of Jan 2022 but no luck, am send from pillar to post to get a SAFPS letter which I did but now they saying they want a clearance letter, I didn't even know am listed on SAFPS because I've never had a problem with getting my money from Hollywoodbet or bet.co.za all they wanted was my Fica documents and everything was clear, and funny enough I got an email from betway after sending my fica documents for the 5th time that my account is verified and valid but I can't get my money, all these betway agents come with different stories that don't add up and am starting to believe that they are the one's trying to scam me of my money
